“I recently took my my dog here and was extremely impressed with the level of care and attention they provided. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making both myself and my dog feel at ease. The facility itself was spotless, and it was clear that the staff took great pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. They had all the necessary tools and equipment to groom dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I could see that they were experienced in handling different temperaments. My dog looked and smelled amazing after his grooming session, and I could tell that he had enjoyed his time there. I was also given helpful advice on how to maintain his coat between grooming appointments. Overall, I highly recommend this dog grooming place to anyone looking for a professional and caring service for their furry companion. The staff were excellent, and the results were fantastic.”

“The staff was very appropriate and kind while the place couldn't get any cleaner! The rooms are unfortunately very small and not well equipped for a longer stay but they're very clean and comfortable. The location is unfortunate as there's a busy road next to the place and not many convenience stores around but the metro is only for a 15 minute walk. The area is pretty "diverse", interpret that however you want.”

Claudia consistently checks in to make sure I'm happy with my hair during the process of laying my closure and styling. “2019-2025 Appreciation for Tesco Express IG11 Staff I’ve been meaning to write this note for quite some time and hope it can be passed along to the staff members who have been so kind, patient, and helpful over the years. I rely on bilateral hearing aids and often take a break from wearing them after a long day of hearing, which is why I typically visit Tesco Express without them. Despite this, your staff have always been incredibly understanding and have assisted me with seeing the total cost on the payment card before I pay in cash. Over time, it feels like they’ve become quite familiar with me and seem to instinctively know how to communicate without my hearing aids, sometimes even using basic sign language. I really appreciate their patience and kindness. I just wanted to send a huge thank you to everyone for making my visits so easy and pleasant. One day, I’ll actually remember to put my hearing aids in before I come (giggle) Thank you again for everything!”
