As a client, you’re not just another appointment—you feel like part of the friendship group. The amazing owner, Natalina, instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. She checked on me multiple times to make sure I was happy with everything. And as for my stylist, Marina—what a talent! She performed absolute magic on my colour. I had over 5 inches of dark brown regrowth, and she transformed it into a stunning, natural-looking finish. My hair remained soft, healthy, and vibrant—even after the bleaching. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now! A special shoutout to the lovely Maria, who kept me company during my seven-hour transformation and captured the most gorgeous photos of my new look. She’s an absolute gem and just one more example of how welcoming and thoughtful this team is. To top it all off - their prices are very affordable for the service they provide and being in London. I have been quoted almost double of what I paid at other salons. There are no hidden costs — you know exactly what you are paying before you start. I have been to other salons, they quote you a price and then after they say “oh you need to pay extra for all these things” that you aren’t aware aren’t included in the price. It’s all very honest and up front. This is my first experience at the salon, I don’t personally know any of the team so this is a completely transparent, honest review. I am very impressed.
