“Vue Cinema London delivered a solid overall experience when I went yesterday to watch Dhurandhar. Booking was straightforward, and getting in was quick with clear signage and staff on hand if needed. The screen and sound were strong throughout the film, and the picture quality stayed sharp with good brightness and contrast, which made the action and atmosphere land well. The seating was comfortable enough for a full feature, and the auditorium felt well maintained. It did get a bit busy around showtime, so there was the usual pre-film rush at concessions, but it moved reasonably fast. Cleanliness was generally good, including the seating area and common spaces. Overall, a reliable choice for a night at the movies in London—good presentation, smooth entry, and a comfortable watch. I’d happily return, especially for big releases where sound and screen quality really matter.”

“Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”

“Have been eating here since I was a small child although it was the starburger then I believe and I am sure they used to serve Sunday roast and desert. (edit try still do!) :-) Anyway the food is always good and what you would expect from a cafe. Any mistakes are always swiftly rectifies in the rare event there is one. The kids Love eating here and my daughter has asked if she can have a birthday party here. Would always recommend this fabulous family run cafe.”

“Hilarious. The staff are wearing what looks like security cameras. I was sat near a couple that were having a loud and drunken argument. An old man was just staring at me from his pint of I assume some guest ale, then averted his gaze when I stared back. “From the check in with a lovely lady called Jamila putting herself out to help especially as i have some disabilities , to all of the Amazing staff , the great room and all food provided including eating in the Bugis Kitchen, we experienced a most wonderful stay at The Copthorne Tara Hotel. Their was an added bonus of it being only just over a 20 min walk to The Royal Albert Hall, i really wished that i had found this hotel years ago. I would highly recommend and cannot wait to return. I also thought that all round they were very reasonable with their prices considering their location......”

“We visited Beefeater Hayes for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and Jade and Siv were both absolutely lovely. “I had an amazing experience at this Nigerian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful, and cooked with so much authenticity. I had Abula and it tasted like home. I could tell the ingredients were fresh, and the portions were generous. They could do a little more with the restaurant, some clean up and repairs but the staff made me feel right at home. If you’re looking for the best Nigerian food, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend!”

“Stayed here for three nights. Sherrie checked us in, gave us amazing service whenever we asked for things. Asked her for extra coffee pods one night and she said she would bring it to the room. We fell asleep but woke up in the morning to the pods sitting on our doorstep. Little things like this really make your stay. She was amazing. I hope Travelodge appreciate what amazing staff they have at this hotel.”

“I stumbled upon Mimi’s Kitchen Eat-In and Takeaway for a late lunch, and I’m so glad I did. The food selection was impressive—fresh, well displayed, and ready to go. I had the Jollof rice (absolutely divine) and the “fish platter”, which was perfectly seasoned and sweet, tender plantain. I also tried a bit of my friend’s moinmoin and it was DELICIOUS. (I literally want it right now.) The customer service was lovely too—the server was kind & mindful when my friend asked if the Jollof and moinmoin had been cooked with any meat, as she’s veggie. It’s always appreciated when staff are considerate about dietary requirements. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to make the drink options and their prices a little easier to view—it would make adding a drink to your meal a bit more effortless. But honestly, that’s the only (tiny) thing. All in all, a perfect lunch find!”
