They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay — friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. “Nigel has been dogsitting for us for about four years now and we trust him implicitly. He sends photos and videos throughout the day so we can see what our dog is getting up to, and it's clear he genuinely cares about each dog he looks after - tailoring his approach to their specific needs.”

“I recently stayed at this Airbnb with my mom, dad, wife, and 9-month-old daughter and we absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. “Don't let the negative reviews put you off booking. We really enjoyed our stay in one of the 'Premier Plus' rooms, it was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and all the staff were really nice and helpful. We ordered breakfast, which is served in the pub (The Winning Post), which is on the side of the building. It was amazing; there was plenty of choice (even as a vegetarian), and the cooked breakfast was made to order. Again, all the Staff were sociable and friendly. We will definitely be back.”

“I've just checked out this morning and have to say the overall experience I had during my one night stay was very good. Much better than I had expected having read the recent reviews. Even taking into consideration the budget price, the room was a good size, clean, the bed was comfortable. The dinner and breakfast, though not as good as Premier Inn's, were adequate for the price and the staff on reception and in the dining area were polite and attentive. Not much to improve on in all honesty. Thank you.”

“Exceptional budget stay for an overnight work trip. Seamless check in, and I was upgraded to a double room free of charge, which was really appreciated. The room and bathroom was very clean, as well as comfortable, with all the amenities you would need. I didn't find the surrounding area noisy, rather on par with the usual noise of London. “Our physiotherapy team have been collaborating with the Busen team to provide access to the gym for older teens to help encourage self management and provide inclusive exercise opportunities for children with long term physical needs. The Busen team have been really helpful throughout. The space really great, there is a good selection of equipment. The space is always clean and well maintained. We are very grateful for thier help and support.”

“Had a great stay at Teddington Lodge! I was there for a week and this was the perfect accommodation. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was great to use and equipped with all the supplies necessary to make small meals. The inclusion of a free laundry room on each floor was helpful. The lodge is within walking distance to a number of grocery stores, shopping stores, and restaurants. Hampton Court Palace is also in walking distance through Bushy Park. And if you are trying to go into London, the Teddington train station is nearby with service into the city centre. A great stay, thank you!”

“I have tried 3 barber shops in Twickenham since changing my usual barbers. I think I have now found my new regular shop. Great music, and refreshments staff are really helpful and most of all the hair cut was outstanding.”

“Great stay, lovely staff. Clean modern room. Nice pool. Breakfast not too busy even at peak time and hot fresh food. Location not particularly close to much public transport but that won’t be an issue for everyone”

“Our son lives in Twickenham and this is our ‘go to’ hotel when we visit. Great location, clean cosy rooms and friendly efficient staff. We sometimes take our evening meal here and have always been very happy with the quality and choice. Good beers too. On one or two occasions we’ve struggled to get the television to work. It’s not a straightforward system so it can be easier to simply connect to the Internet and use my iPad. Aside this small niggle the hotel is perfect for us and we will continue to use it. Watch the room prices though, they can be very high on certain rugby match days.”

“Very good value for money. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is nice with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A bit noisy because of traffic and planes, but thats what you get in busy London. It's only 1 hour with public transport to the center of London and just 30 minutes tot Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and helpful. I only used breakfast and the variation an quality was perfect for me.”

“Lovely room, comfy bed with a delicious continental breakfast included in the price which we weren’t expecting. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room was big and clean with a great selection of teas/drinks and a well stocked mini bar and snacks. Would highly recommend”

“Amazing hospitality displayed, such a warm and cozy environment that makes you feel right at home, the drinks were great straight from the draft, amazing service by all the staff. I even managed to get to know some by name, Samuel and Tatiana, had a lovely time they make the place feel like home. Will be coming back once we visit Twickenham again definitely need more of Tatiana food. Thanks!”

“I have booked the apartment for my brother and sister in - law for a 16 days, they loved the apartment. It is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable and near the shops in St Margaret. Jenny is very kind and made the check- in very easy. Without a doubt I will recommend.”

“Two night stay, great location, 2 min walking distance to a lot of great eateries on Richmond High Street, and to the tube station. Only downside is parking, there’s a very expensive multi storey next door, and a slightly better NCP multi storey behind the tube station. Rooms clean and staff polite, would happily come again”

“I stayed here whilst on business and although a bit further out of central London than I would normally prefer, it was such a great choice! From the start every member of staff went above and beyond and were always smiling, polite and so helpful. Everyone in the restaurant was fabulous, a really good team, and Manuel was 10/10 so helpful and always happy. Thanks so much I’ll definitely be booking again for next week”

“We had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Ravenscourt Park) last spring. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean (and affordable), and the location is absolutely excellent. Our group got stuck in London in the Heathrow shutdown chaos, and manager Lenuta at Premier Inn was absolutely incredible with helping us secure rooms for extra nights. She was so kind and helpful. The staff also surprised two of the college students on the trip with a birthday celebration when the extended trip meant they didn't get to spend their birthdays at home. We cannot say enough good things about our experience at this Premier Inn. It's also an excellent location--close to a beautiful park, wonderful cafes, a short walk to the amenities in Hammersmith, and just a short walk to Ravenscourt station, which offers easy Tube access to the entire city.”
