“Monica was the most helpful, accommodating and friendly. The bed was immensely comfortable.the TV was displaying a connection issue but that's trivial and manageable. Overall an excellent place to stay.”

“My partner and I had a meal here to celebrate our anniversary. It was absolutely amazing! Staff were friendly. The food was honestly some of the best food I've had in a long time. We had a platter and a couple of side plates between us. I felt the price was amazing for the quality of food and service!! Would recommend to anyone visiting London 100% Hope to come again at some point :)”

“Took my son for his birthday to try Dim sum as he wanted too so badly. We absolutely loved our meal tasted fantastic the staff was so nice and friendly seems like a family run place, i was really genuinely impressed with everything. To top it up as we paid the lovely lady brought a gift to my son for his birthday and a hand written card . Touch of class thank you so much panda staff for a delicious meal and a nice time .”

“Lovely hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautifully decorated hotel, rooms we immaculately clean. We stayed in a music theme room on the 5th floor. It was lovely and quiet, room was spacious and comfortable. We had a fantastic nights sleep. I loved the little duck in the bathroom made me smile! And the extras in the fridge were a nice touch and greatly appreciated after a busy day! We would definitely stay again. Location is incredible so convenient for the tube, the museum and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. My only disappointment was that we couldn’t get food in the hotel before 6pm which we needed to do as we were heading out early and we arrived back at the hotel after 12 hoping for a little nightcap but even on a Friday night we were told bar was closed and the concierge couldn’t recommend anywhere in the area where we could go! Which was a bit of a disappointment. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay! Our only regret is not booking breakfast or afternoon tea in the drawing room! It looked stunning! Had we more time there we would have. But I’m sure we will be back! Overall very comfortable pleasant stay on top location!”

Dough were fresh and crispy as always, purely Italian delicatessen and fantastic soft drinks. Ilaria was friendly and very attentive to our table, we felt welcomed and taken care of. “I had a wonderful experience at Pho Ealing. The food was fresh, vibrant and full of flavour. Everything you want from great Vietnamese cooking. The broth was rich and comforting, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the sides came out tasting incredibly fresh. But what really made the visit special was the service. JC was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. They took the time to explain menu options, checked in at just the right moments, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone who elevates the whole dining experience like that. If you’re in Ealing and craving something delicious in a relaxed setting with excellent service, I’d definitely recommend Pho. And if you’re lucky, hopefully JC will be looking after your table too!”

“I absolutely love this place and have been a regular here! My favorite dishes are Khinkali, Khachapuri, and Ostri. If you prefer vegan options, I recommend the Meze and Red Beans (Lobio) — both are great choices. As a Georgian myself, I can confidently say the food here tastes just like it does in Georgia. I’ve also tried several of their white wines, and all of them have been excellent. For dessert, my favorites are the honey cake and the walnut roll (Sigareti) — both are delicious! The chefs and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!”

“Was searching for a Romanian restaurant and this was the “closest” to central London I found and seemingly there is a large East European community leaving around here. First thing I’ll say is that the restaurant looks much nicer than the pictures I’d seen. It was very modern and nicely decorated like an old Romanian tavern from the Middle Ages. Secondly the food was super authentic, very meat focused and delicious. The portions were huge and I thought it offered great value for money. Mains start at 8£ and go up to 18£ for a sharing platter which is a bargain for the amount you get. There were no other customers inside which was a shame but I am sure it gets busy at times. Overall paid £31 for two excluding tip; would highly recommend and return.”

It was a New York to Quebec cruise with N.Y. and Toronto stays plus a full day to Niagara Falls : one of the best trips in our lives. Everything went as planned and hoped. Flights, transfers, hotels and the cruise itself were perfect! Even the weather was exceptional. No delays, no missing arrangements, no unpleasant surprises. And an unexpected bonus : the appearance of the Northern Lights cruising from Halifax to Quebec. “Had the festive menu and the food took a little longer than expected but Charlee was fab at updating us and ensuring we were comfortable and if we needed anything else. We were sat in the conservatory which was cold and the food took longer than necessary but the food was adequate. Made better only by the millionaires fodue dessert.”

“I recently visited this Mediterranean restaurant with a friend on a Friday afternoon. The place was nearly empty due to covid19. As per the restaurant manager there's more footfall during Mondays to Wednesdays because of 50% off from the benefits of eat out government policy . The food served was fresh and delicious. The service was impeccable. Since there was no one else in the restaurant, social distancing was easily carried out.”

“This was quite literally the best fish and chips I've ever had, me and my wife enjoyed everything about our meal from the food to the service. (I didn't try the desserts) The fish were crispy and juicy The chips were plump and fluffy The calamari and prince prawns were also cooked to perfection All The staff were also very friendly and helpful 9.5 / 10 - I don't believe in perfection but this was pretty close. I will definitely be returning.”
