From start to finish the customer service was immaculate and staff were always quick to respond and give updates on our outfits. Both our outfits arrived on time, exactly how we requested and even more beautiful in person. We requested quite a few changes to our outfits and staff were very patient, honest and polite throughout the process. They ordered us in a swatch to help us choose a colour which we appreciated.
