“Wonderful experience and lovely interior that introduces hair cuts to the littles in the most fun and entertaining way. The hairdresser is incredibly experienced, patient and kind. She cut our toddler's hair perfectly and charged a fraction of what you would pay at other children's hair salons in London. Highly recommended! And also, do go for the first haircut package, it's absolutely worth it.”

I love how well organised the shelves are, staff do well here, and the store layout is very good and easy. Great location, parking and petrol station. Starbucks and Argos is also a bonus. My favourite place for shopping now in Richmond. Outstanding bakery and bread selection.”

“Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.”
