The Homely Apartments’ management was very helpful, quick to respond to all my questions and resolve all my wishes with great flexibility and care. I arrived in a spotless clean and well kept, almost brand new apartment. It was warm, safe and very well equipt in every aspect. I didn’t have to buy anything, only food for myself. The area is quiet and there is a nice field behind where I could go running track. To get to the city center is a 5 minutes drive, supermarkets also. I highly recommend it for long and even for shorter terms, very comfortable and convenient.”

“As luck would have it, all 3 of my major appliances are experiencing problems within weeks of each other, so I gave Andy a call to arrange a visit and some repairs. Though Andy could get hold of the most the parts, he spent 30mins of his time to guide me through various checks and procedures first to see if they cure the problems. I think we both knew the items were probably not worth repairing due to their age, meaning something else will go wrong sooner or later and that mean't more costs for me. I am sure there are some engineers who would have pushed the repairs knowing more would go wrong soon and more than likely they will get the repeat business, not Andy. “I booked this Taxi company as they rent out mini buses and I needed a cab that was big enough for a ladder, as I was locked out I had a cheaper idea to avoid the cost of a Locksmith. The cab driver collected the ladder and bought it around here, then he climbed up the ladder, he figured out how to open the window by figuring out a way to get round the safety valve on the window, after he had got the window open , he climbed inside of the house and came downstairs and opened the door for me. I had a really clear email from them asking me to confirm my delivery slot, an actual person responded to my email giving me a rough time slot. The email even had a contact number if I needed to call them. A PHONE NUMBER! How rare is that? Anyway, the delivery guys were very good (patient when we had to remove the door from it's hinges) and adhered to all the Covid guidelines that were mentioned in the email. I really rate this company highly and I don't think I've ever said that about any other logistics company. Please, when you expand your business, don't lose the personal touch!”
