“A few weeks back I was collecting my daughter from her classes in the centre and I purposely arrived a little earlier so that I would have time for my mid day prayer. I asked the lady at reception if the centre had a religious room. She was a little unhelpful and abrupt with an immediate no without apology. Not long after an absolute lovely gentleman by the name of Joe asked if I just needed a room which I replied yes he then guided me to a back room that had very dim beautiful lighting and only housed a ping pong table. I was so grateful. Just that small act of consideration and kindness made all the difference and immediately changed my mind about my initial interaction with the receptionist. Again thank you so much Joe. Your kindness went a very long way.”

“Nice and cool place. Here you can find a number of activities like dance class, cricket class, boxing, karate classes, football lessons as well and so on. In the reception area you can buy a refreshments thing for yourself. Overall, it was a good experience Thanks”

“Having been to the U18 Football, Don Davis, and fight4change boxing sessions, The Black Prince Trust is definitely one of the best places for fitness, especially for young people like me aged around 13 - 16. The pitch is quite decent and the boxing gym has a lot of equipment for training. The coaches are also extremely passionate in not only the sport, but also in supporting and inspiring adolescents to get fit and make new friends. Don Davis boxing is on from 4:30 to 5:30, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and the fee is £1.50, however the fight4change boxing sessions, football and basketball session are free. “What can I say, this place is full of information with endless activities. I was amazed at how much is done here even though it looks very small from the outside. I travelled an hour to use the Cranial Therapy and the lady is amazing. I urge any locals who don't avail of the services here to do so as you're blessed to have it at your doorstep, no word of a lie. Lovely, clean place and my 3 visits were wonderful. Our children have attended ballet classes here since they were little, and throughout the years both Miss Cecile and Miss Angelina have gone above and beyond to support both my girls, through all the wonderful up and down phases of growing up. “We hired a small room to hold a meeting at the Centre. The receptionist was very attentive and kind. The room was well lit and heating was accessible. It's a good space to hold small meetings in a quiet environment.”

“Rest assured parking is available free of charge to users and their guests of St Michaels Community Centre. The conditions being as clearly sign posted in the car park that the vehicle registration details are entered into the tablet located in the main and small hall granting them free parking for the day. The reviewer below who paints a false slanderous picture fails to mention that she herself did correctly input her registration details into the tablet on arrival at the venue so clearly was very aware. Cctv evidence and central ANPR mainframe system confirms this as fact. She clearly failed to remind her guests who failed to read the signs which culminated in the parking management issuing tickets to her guests and thus - she now attempts to portion blame elsewhere.”

“I had my son's swimming party here and it was fantastic. The staff were so helpful and the pool looked amazing with the sensory lights, swim toys and music. We did not feel rushed to leave at the end and were given a huge room for cake and food. Thank you for a great day. I would really recommend this venue.”

And both times I have been the staff were great, even helped me get my phone back, which I had lost, but thanks to them I got it back.”
