“Even though Vets are extremely busy at the moment you never feel rushed when with the vet. I took my 12 week old puppy in for a general check up and the vet was kind and very thorough. I have been with this veterinary practice for 16 months when I bought home my first puppy and they have been brilliant with her too. She has had some digestive problems and a reaction to stitches after an operation, they have always been kind, thoughtful and kept me informed. This happened through lockdown so was a very stressful time but they communicated with me by phone and emails and were amazing.”

“Got an emergency appointment at Parkside within a couple of hours after a really bad tooth ache. Was slightly nervous as hadn’t been to the dentist in such a long time. Did not feel a single bit of pain with the injection or work carried out. I definitely won’t be waiting such a long time when i have an issue next time, or put it off until it hurts as I really don’t know what i was worried about once the work by Parveen had finished.
