We both wish to record our great appreciation for the help Violet gave us - despite the clinic being busy, she was so patient and charming and went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife was already stressed when she arrived (imminent house move etc etc) and was even more flustered when she realised she had got the appointment date wrong! Violet calmed her down, arranged for her to be fitted in with her own dentist ((Tarique) and also arranged further appointments. I waited outside in our car with our dog - Violet came out twice to see if we were all right (it was a hot day) and whether we wanted to come in and offered drinks of water. “I saw a Dr that gave me first lot of antibiotics for a chest infection that I had when back after 5 days put on a nuther lot of antibiotics when to see a Dr for my LD check up and I sed to her do I need ennytink for it she no it will go on it own even though I have amsa and I when to see a nother Dr a threw days after and that Dr put me on an amsa pump and I also think it is very bad sending away very sick children even though sometimes we are late cos some people live far and if they get sent by 111 then u should see the very ill children and babies and disabled people like me it very bad to see all those posts that people have put and the people who answers phones should be very friendly and not rude even if u had a bad day don't take it out on outhers”

“So you need to get your new born vaccinated? And you love somewhere within a 4 mile radius of tolworth? Then this is your centre. If you are driving there, please plan some additional time to find parking. Take your pram with you in case you have to walk a distance from where you parked to the centre. Situated right next to a school is this brilliant children's centre with absolutely amazing staff! We went in for a BCG and it was a breeze once we were inside. The staff was fantastic from welcoming and helping my pregnant wife with carrying the baby seat, guiding us to the waiting room, then the vaccination staff was intelligent and well informed on all things about the vaccine, explained all the potential side effects and how to care for the area that was vaccinated etc. all was done in less than 5 minutes. Wearing layers of baby clothes that are easy to remove and put back on would be ideal. I prefer the zip ones to the buttoned ones.”

“When VAS Technical moved from Surbiton to Ashtead, I followed as they had looked after my 2013 Audi Q3 far better than anyone before. They have just saved the day once again. I bought a 2018 Audi A6 and realised at the last minute that it needed servicing before a long drive to go on holiday. I was also getting a warning that the brake pads were worn out. Serge and his team managed to fit in the full service before our departure. They also found that the brakes were absolutely fine, the problem was with a sensor that monitors the brake pads. If I'd gone elsewhere, I would likely have paid for new brake pads which would have been unnecessary and that would not have solved the problem. A very BIG THANK YOU for sorting things out yet again.
