“It is customary to post, post departure but I must give credit to all staff and venue. The amenities are good and staff well attentive. The Xmas theme and little treats are more than welcoming and a pleasant surprise. The service and food are amazing. This was a great idea and thank you to the entire team. Will definitely recommend and return.”

“Naturally with London there were plenty of Premier Inn options to choose from. And I'm glad we picked here! The location was great, a short walk you were either at Tate Modern, The Shard, Borough Market or Southwark Station. We had a Premier Inn Plus room and it was modern and very clean. The staff as well were friendly. Next time I visit London, I would happily stay here again!”

“We LOVED using these boats in London. This was our preferred mode of transportation. The lines moved pretty quickly, it just depends on how early you make it there. And how late in the day it is (sometimes they would be behind schedule and have to leave early) The only negative was that the experience varied every time. Sometimes there would be a tour, and sometimes not. Overall would recommend, though. A great way to see the city.”

In a time when LGBTQ+ spaces are disappearing, Eagle is more important than ever. It’s the perfect mix of cool nostalgia, good ol’ flirting, and fresh, welcoming vibes. The crowd was fun, the energy was great, and the whole night just had that special something that’s hard to find elsewhere. So glad I came back—and I’ll definitely be back again soon!”

It can be a bit messy to eat but that comes with the territory. The food is always so delicious and the flavours are spot on. “Nobu is above the price range where we normally eat out but as we are fans of Nippon food, thought it was worth visiting the grand daddy of Japanese/Peruvian restaurants. It was an enjoyable experience, if dear. Our main waiter was excellent, advising on how much to order, deciding on the sequence and pairing of food arrivals, and instructing us how to best to enjoy certain dishes. This was not the case with all staff who sometimes just dumped dishes on our table. Happily our main waiter stopped by to instruct us to taste the miso black cod on its own first before trying it with the dots of sauce and saving the wand of pickled ginger for the end. Similarly the dry miso powder served with the grilled asparagus was meant to be sprinkled on top, though we also used it as condiment for dipping. First to arrive was a double order of tuna tacos with dry miso. Very delicious, served at room temperature and the seasoning was more reminiscent of truffle than miso. Tiny portion, though, with taco shells just shy 3 inches in diameter. Second to arrive were the star dishes of black cod miso and grilled asparagus with dry miso, both served warm. Portion sizes were thankfully generous. The black cod was delicious because the sweet miso and mirin marinade was applied very thinly and grilled until slightly blackened, so the flavour was complex rather than just sweet. It didn't need the dots of extra marinade mixture on the plate which we both found too sweet. A long thin stalk of pickled ginger was decorative both for its sculptural shape as well as its fuschia to white ombre hue. However, it tasted just like the pickled ginger you normally get with sushi. Asparagus was attractively charred but still succulent so probably blanched prior to grilling. Apologies for the photos as we started tucking into this course before remembering to take a photograph. Next to arrive were chicken skewers with anticucho sauce. Chicken breast was shockingly tender and juicy. I do not know how the kitchen team achieved this texture. Anticucho sauce was okay but nothing special--pretty much the same as in other Nippon restaurants. The garnishes of pickled cauliflower, hijiki and daikon were a lovely contrast. A sweet puree of pumpkin was a nice foil for the anticucho sauce. This portion consisted of two large skewers. Finally our order of maki fillers arrived. We had been unnecessarily worried about tiny portions so ordered a few rolls to fill up on rice. Scheduling these to arrive last was last was a brilliant move on the part of our waiter, as these items were not spectacularly different from maki rolls available at any Japanese takeaway that uses decent fish and serves sushi rice at the correct temperature. I liked the futomaki style house roll served with soy. We also had yellow tail and Jalapeno roll served with ponzu. We took home some maki's in a takeaway box because we were full. The restaurant is windowless in the basement though there is a pretty honey wood decor, recalling both Scandi and Japanese aesthetics. The wood panelling also resulted in excellent acoustics. The disco beats from the bar were far away enough not to be disturbing. Portion sizes were mainly good. I was a little surprised that the only South American ingredient in our order was chilli. We washed down our meal with the cheapest red at £55 which was very pleasant. This is at a price point where we might not dine here again. Dinner for two including the bottle of house wine came to £219. I was glad for the experience and certainly learned some new things to try to reproduce at home.”

“We initially came here to try out the cocktails which were delicious, especially the zombie passion fruit. We decided on a taco sharing platter, nachos, buttermilk chicken and bravas for four of us and was perfect, we even had some leftovers. Everything was really tasty. Great service and very efficient.”

“Always have lunch here before Spurs games. And it's always busy. Good, straightforward, fresh food. Better fish and chips than a lot of fish and chip shops. Breakfasts, burgers and kebabs all good. Omlettes seem popular too.”

“I went here last weekend for the 1st time, with someone who had been before and recommended it. The staff were friendly and gave the right amount of time between ordering food and drinks. The food was wonderful - We all opted for the lamb chop starters which were very tasty. The mains of prawn and lamb dishes went down very well and the portion sizes were generous. My always 'go to' dish is saag aloo which defines a good restaurant to me. The spinach and potatoes were not overcooked and tasted delicious. Would definitely go here again”

“Food is good and taste very good far from home still near to home, fish soup is good also. Bun and cheese is good fried dumpling and festival. Natural juice taste like being in Jamaica the only bad I would say is that in this new era they only accept cash”

“Some of the dishes are exceptional and very close to the original in Thailand (taking into account Ingredients might be different). The starter snacks are super. Larb Gai tort (minty chicken balls), pik Gai tort (deep fried split wings marinated in fish sauce) and DIY noodles were amazing!!! The Khao Soy (northern style curried noodles) was delicious!!!! The Krapow was okay (yet to find a good one in London) but still tasty. The service is excellent. Worth a visit!!!”

“This was the best Italian food I've ever had. The bread was so soft and savory, the cheese was so nutty and flavorful, and the olives were the best olives I've ever had, taste and texture. And that's just the Starters! The stuffed pasta was incredible and the fish tasted amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful accommodating our 10 month old with a personal chair and extra care. He loved the mushroom soup! Incredible experience overall. A bit on the very expensive side.”

“Nice filling lunch. Had the prawns with gnocchi and calamari. Both dishes were good and good portion size. Unfortunately they didn’t have any soup , would have loved to try. The staff were friendly and attentive, it wasn’t hard to get their attention when I was by myself in the front section of the store whilst most customers were in the back.”

“Booking was easy online. While I needed to make a time change which required a phone call, it was quick and easy to do. We went for the all you can eat tacos, but found so many yummy things on the menu we ordered other items instead. The Ghost Rider Marguerita was delicioso, the homemade chips and guacamole was excellent (pomegranate seeds were a nice touch), the Mexican Fattoush salad was fantastic - finally some health vegetables on my holiday! The chicken and carne asada tacos were small yet superb. We could have ordred another plate, if we wanted, but opted for desert instead. The Empinada for me with chantilly creame was a perfect end. My wife apprciates ambiance, which Madera has even without the 15th floor view. Though of course, having the best meal on our holiday, while watching the sunset over London was a perfect end to our day. Last, but not least Sabuj took attentive care of us all throughout our experience. We are already planning on returning soon.”

“Managed to turn up and seat a group of 9 last Saturday evening. Service was fab - thanks Petero for looking after us! Very quick out with drinks and food. Had to send back corn on the cob as not warm enough but they sorted it super quick. Otherwise great. Lovely cocktails, delicious food. Kids meal was great value and the churros were really tasty. Will definitely head there next time we’re at the O2.”

We got the sharing platter for 2, £50, not a bad price at all, as we were actually stuffed after, and it was super tasty - just wish there was a little more variety. All in all, it is a great place to visit and get away from the busyness of the shopping centre, and if you're there for drinks you can take your time too, brilliant.”

“Plenty of open space and wooded areas to explore, with the well appointed hub for all your other needs(cafe, toilets), and a great play park for the kiddies. Miniature railway and a small farm nearby, can't recommend enough. We went for this year's fireworks display and it didn't disappoint. Well worth a family visit.”

For me this place is a little gem as, since I moved to the area, I struggled to find a brunch place where they offer less "traditional" (and greener) breakfast options, finally I found it and I love the homemade hash browns with avocado and feta cheese! The park view is lovely and adds to the experience! Will definitely go back.”
