“We were seated at a table with ample space from other diners, ensuring a comfortable and private dining experience. I commenced my meal with the octopus and chorizo starter, which was expertly prepared and cooked to perfection. The attentive and professional waiter provided excellent service throughout the evening. The ambiance of the restaurant was sophisticated and elegant, with a touch of class in the air. The background music consisted of 90's album tracks played at a moderate volume, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I then ordered the pork belly roast as my main course, which was accompanied by an exceptional amount of crackling and smooth, creamy mashed potatoes. Each bite was a delightful culinary experience, and I must commend the chef for their remarkable skill and attention to detail in preparing such high-quality food. Overall, the dining experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend this establishment for its outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.”

“Ordered from snug because our original sofa ordered got delayed 3 months even after we had waiting 2. Snug had such a fast delivery and we hadn't sat on it but it had a 30 day returns policy. Great customer service I made a mistake on the order and it was quickly resolved. Super fast delivery. Easy to install. Very comfortable, nice material and lovely colour.”

“Needed a new mattress as ours was looking a bit worse for wear after 6 kids and 4 home births. Andy was a great help and even helped us reconcile after we had an argument whether to go with foam or spring. He managed to show us a combination of both as well as a proper swanky one that had air cooling technology which is great as my husband gets night terrors and sweats profusely.”

The delivery team were amazing - the sofa didn’t fit through my doors, but they carefully brought it in through the back garden without any issues. “Really helpful and respectful staff. We bought what we needed but some of the stuff wasn't in store or available, so they helped us place an order there for the missing items. They also went out of their way to check the warehouse for an item that was in stock but not on the shelves. Highly recommend this place mainly due to the staff but also the actual products sold are really good quality and have a nice range”

“Excellent Tom installed my kitchen and updated lighting etc 8 years ago. The kitchen and appliances are still perfect and the kitchen still looks brand new. “The room is clean and everything else is neat, tidy too. I only write this review because of other low rated review that was written before and I was worry before I come BUT NOT anymore after I am staying right now on July 2022. Everything is great especially with this price. They even put microwave and refrigerator that I don't see it in my Marriott Hotel that I stayed last week. For your information, it is a little far from train station and NO air condition for American. Other than that I can't ask for more with this price that is around the same as HOSTELS and NEARER to London than other cheap motels, hotels with your own clean room.”
