“Brilliant experience with RDO. Spotted company online and placed order for wine cooler late Bank Holiday Monday. Received a call the next morning to confirm order and delivery on Wednesday. Goods received by 10.00 am the next morning. Unfortunately the wine cooler did not work so I called their customer support line. After working through some potential fixes together a new cooler was ordered. New cooler received and other returned by 8.00 am the next morning. The true sign of great customer service is based on how a company reacts when things don’t go according to plan. In this case, they really shone. “Richard really helped me out. I accidently tore one of the wires which powered the motor on my electric scooter. I was told by a few places I took it to, that the wiring would completely need replacing and it was impossible to repair. I phoned Richard, he said bring it to me today so I can have a look and within 40 mins of taking it to him it was all fixed and repaired. I would highly recommend Richard as he didn't make me buy a whole new wiring kit, he saved me money and repaired the existing part which was probably more difficult for him overall, but he helped me save cash and the stress of ordering a new part and waiting for it to arrive. “Was looking for separate undercounter fridge and freezer units. Arrived as they were just starting to pack up (4.30 approximately). Managed to find two units I was happy with for a reasonable price. They were able to deliver the same day. New units plugged in by 6.30. After a few days, I noticed the fridge wasn't as cold as I expected. Left it a few days longer adjusting the temperature in case it was my fault for not using it correctly. Phoned the shop, explained the issue. I expected to be told it needed re-gassing or maybe new thermostat. They wasn't able to provide an engineer to look at it but instead came the next day and replaced the fridge completely. Very fair prices and very good customer service. Would recommend”
