“We had the most incredible experience at Hounslow Urban Farm and I say that as a regular visitor. The staff are consistently friendly, calm and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care deeply about the animals and about giving children a proper, hands on experience rather than something rushed or staged. My son did the Ranger Experience for his birthday and he genuinely said it was the best day of his life. He fed the pigs, groomed a Shetland pony, fed and hugged the sheep and goats and was encouraged to get fully involved the whole time. The animals are clearly well loved and cared for and very friendly, which makes the experience feel safe, interactive and memorable rather than just observational. It feels personal, warm and thoughtfully run. As someone who visits regularly, I can honestly say the quality never drops. Highly recommend!”

“I had a wonderful stay at the ibis Hotel Hounslow. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by two lovely reception staff members, Lynette and Noopur. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful — their kindness really made me feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. “Great value for money and the server tried really hard to get our food quickly since we were very tight on time. I had the porridge with bananas and berries and it was well cooked. My travelling companion had the full English breakfast with no complaint. Sorry I didn't catch the name of our server but she was so nice and friendly. Highly recommended for breakfast.”

One detail I found especially chic was the invitation to take a paper bag to store leftovers and deposit them in their containers, with no extra charge. The décor isn’t fancy, but maybe that’s part of the charm—it adds to the homely feel! The food is fresh—we had freshly made paratha with omelet, daal, and chai. Absolutely fabulous!”

“Hi I just came here today to say that Kiran who was working around 3:45pm - 4pm was so good as his job! He was the only person who was working and to me was unacceptable as I'm coming from hospitality as well. He was so smooth and everything was perfect. I don't know this guy but who hired him should be lucky to have him.”

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff joycelyn and shilpi made me feel right at home with their friendly service. The food was delicious—I tried the classic chicken paratha roll and the LPC omelette, both of which were excellent. The highlight for me was the *kadak chai*. It had the perfect blend with the milk—honestly one of the best chais I’ve ever tasted! Definitely a must-try spot. Highly recommended! ☕✨”

“It’s a good cafe to burn the time whilst waiting for your flight.Their strawberry & vanilla iced matcha latte was to die for, I’m hoping that it’s a regular drink there and not just a promotional drink because I can’t imagine not having it whenever I’m at Caffè Nero now, how to be my favourite drink so far.And also make sure you have the Caffè Nero’s Loyalty card as well to get some good deals on your purchase.”

“The store is not too big, located in Terminal 5 (landside area) Alot of fresh & ready-to-eat food. Also some cookies and snacks with a nice packaging that you can buy for a gift when you travel back to your country. VISA, mastercards are accepted.”

“This is a wonderful cafe. They have the most amazing range of cakes! The prices are higher than the high street but that's what you expect! The cakes were delicious, I had the tiramasue which was amazing! The seating area overlooks the runway, so you can sit there and watch the planes landing.”
