“By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. “Top Gen in Hounslow is honestly one of the best stores for variety and customer service. Veer ji and Sunny—the owners—are amazing people who truly care about their customers. I actually worked at the store as a sales representative back in 2013, and when I visited again in 2025 from Canada, Sunny bro was still just as welcoming, friendly, and accommodating as always. The store has a huge range of products at very reasonable prices, and the atmosphere is warm and genuine. If you’re in Hounslow, you should definitely check out the variety they offer—highly recommended!”
