Some raspberries fell off the counter after I paid for them and he was willing to replace the box. After realizing there were not any raspberries left, he gave me a refund.     “I can not say thank you enough to the Buckhurst Way Clinic for stepping in to help me recently. I contacted them to see if they could help with a wound infection when my GP couldn't see me and Mr Faisal Khan immediately put himself out to contact me directly, offer me advice and give me a prescription which helped significantly. He even took time out of his day off to phone me checking how things were a few days later. Unfortunately I had contracted a serious secondary infection but it was universally acknowledged by my medical team that without the direct intervention and speedy action taken by Mr Khan that things would have been significantly worse. I will be forever grateful to Mr Khan and the Buckhurst Way Clinic for their time and help when it was really needed.”

    “The Rowlands Pharmacy are the closest pharmacy to my workplace and I popped in on the off chance they could help because I had forgotten to take my tablet before leaving home that morning and wanted to know if I could purchase a tablet then and there and not miss a dose.
