“My Škoda Yeti Amundsen SatNav was not showing the right time (or ETA for journeys) in the map display. This is a widespread problem apparently but when I brought up the issue with Škoda they were not helpful at all and redirected me to my local dealer who wanted £1700 to replace the entire instrument cluster. This lack of care from Škoda and blatant profiteering by their dealers is simply appalling! They don't give a damn about you once you've bought one of their cars and their grasping dealers just want to make as much money from you as possible. Fortunately for me, I found SatNav Systems and they repaired my unit, updated the software and map data as well as installing Apple CarPlay and a digital speedometer for a fraction of this amount. Not only do they represent remarkably good value for money, the company is run extremely professionally and Hamid (the owner) is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. He took his time to explain all the new features that his team had installed and I came away a very satisfied customer. The unit was repaired and renewed in less than an hour and a half and I was served coffee and cakes in a delightful waiting room with an impeccable rest room if required. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company. Five stars is not enough! If only more businesses were run like this, life would be much sweeter ...”

“Visited Sachin soon after the second lockdown after being totally ignore by local Euronics to find the service exceptional. Needed an integrated fridge freezer which I was told is in stock and was delivered and very professionally installed by his staff. Last week I had the same experience. Ordered a washing machine which amazingly Sachin came to delivery and install himself with a couple of men as his regular delivery men were unavailable. That’s true commitment which is rare today. “This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . They replaced the battery and repaired the glass on my iPhone screen in a way that it retained its OEM status (if you replace the screen even with an original Apple part it will show a warning in the settings - another way for Apple to charge inflated prices). The phone is now like new, and no warnings in the operating system. Today they have repaired my PS5 and a faulty controller. All done to the highest quality and same day service.
