“I rarely write reviews but my experience with HP Porsche required me to on this occasion. I only recently became a Porsche owner (and I am not one of those with endless amounts of money - it is a dream that was only just met by my means). Maintenance was a big worry for me, not only having it done right but also having it done for a fair price. HP Porsche have done just that and more. HP Porsche have performed a number of maintenance pieces at exactly the cost they estimated (which I recently found out their hourly rate is about 30% cheaper than some others around London) and have been very thorough in their communication. My most recent interaction with them actually cost me nothing. I was worried about a noise in the front end that I thought was there as well as discolouring of 3 out of 4 exhausts (my worry was mainly about the 4th). When I popped back at the end of the day, they told me the exhaust colouring was normal (it has the factory loud button) and then proceeded to not charge me a penny when they determined that they could hear no noises that were not meant to be there (after two test drives and twice being on the hoist). In fact, they told me, everything it could have been looks like it had been recently replaced. They didn't try to replace anything to bill and make up for their time spent. Truly honest people who will be getting my business for years to come. Thank you!”

“Absolutely brilliant service from Jo and team. Kept me informed of what was happening with my car, the parts they needed to order and why. The back story is, the engine management light has been on in my Volvo XC90 for nearly10 months. The car is a 2019 plate so i didn't expect any faults. I took it to Volvo and they wanted to charge me an extortionate amount just to diagnose. I took the car to Victoria Bodyworks and the mechanic (Jo) was absolutely brilliant. He has now fixed the problems and all done within a week!”

“I read the all Reviews before deciding to go ahead with this quest. ...They say you have to Speculate to Accumulate. Well I have speculated in the cost of a Stage 1 Remap for my F80 M3, and boy have I accumulated more Bhp, Torque and smoothness to add. The car is Rapid to say the least, and that's just out of the driveway. The car give my Smiles for Gallon every time. PSL gets the Thumbs Up...”

“Recently had the front brake discs and pads replaced, they did a great job! On my request they fitted genuine parts, on which they charged a fair price. About 3 months ago I had the same job done, except it was in a different garage, and only a few weeks of driving the car (locally), brakes were already feeling worn out, as the car was trembling on every brake, which clearly indicated the low quality. I am happy that SN Autospares were prompt in fixing the problem, I can now safely drive away without worring about my brakes. Thank you!”

“Great work done, amazing customer service! Daniel helped take the car in for repairs. He was very informative and went through the process with me in detail. He saw that I had a car seat in my car and went above and beyond to get me a courtesy car that could accomodate the car seat. I really appreciated this as this was something I was previously told (on the phone) that this was not in their control. I was given realistic approximate times of completion and this was followed up with a progress call with Daniel every four days. Picking my car up and dropping the courtesy car off was just as easy. Thanks Daniel and the rest of the team for getting my car back to showroom condition!”
