“I wanted to set some time aside to write about this garage because they are outstanding. After taking my car to a main dealer garage, I decided to switch to Clichy and have never looked back. The team are always welcoming and do a thorough job with the usual MOT and service. The car is also given a clean afterwards (like at the main dealer garages). Although this is all well and good, what makes them really stand out is their honesty: I took my car to them the last couple of times for some minor issues. The first related to a dull “rubbing” noise coming from the rear end of the car and the second was in relation to the front passenger door handle deciding to completely come off into my wife’s hand! The first issue was due to a shock absorber. The garage told me that there was still life in the component and we simply left it at that. With regards to the door handle, the team managed to fix the original handle back onto the car within a couple of hours. The garage didn’t want to charge me for both of these issues even though they spent time on them which is absolutely amazing. On both occasions I tried to give them something for their time but they politely refused. I can see a dishonest garage making a meal of both issues…Clichy have won my loyalty. Thank you everyone at Clichy - particularly Spiros and Kyri.”

“Took my 911 to Onyx to have the springs changed for a set of 20mm lowered Eibachs. Really friendly service, a nice clean unit and Ben kept me fully up to date on everything going on. Received the car back and although the job took a lot longer than they thought, they only charged me a bit more. Still a very good price compared to what independent Porsche garages wanted, and the Onyx facility looked a lot better than most of those too. Really pleased with how the car looks now, and the handing/ride hasn't been adversely affected - it really feels planted to the road now. While I was there I couldn't resist a run on the dyno, something I've not done for many years! Definitely a lot of fun, and nice to get a graph to put with the folder of my car, along with the videos of it on the rollers. If you have a performance car definitely do this if you are local. All in all, a great bunch of lads with a nice business/facility going, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point. Thanks!”

“These guys are awesome at what they do. I've now taken my range rover sport to them twice and have had an excellent service both times. This time round the car developed a service light fault, the guys managed to sort within an hour and have the car ready. They were honest in the fact it was an easy fix for them this time round as the car responded first time to their software update and did not feel it warranted them charging me for it, what garage does that!! Says alot about their professionalism and service. Thank you guys, not taking my car anywhere else!”

Well I have speculated in the cost of a Stage 1 Remap for my F80 M3, and boy have I accumulated more Bhp, Torque and smoothness to add. Hounslow Council's fleet management team don't carry out repairs, they are only concerned whether your vehicle is road worthy, so there is no vested interest in failing you like most garages do. Tests are completed within an hour and there is also a cafe onsite where you can grab a coffee or fry-up.”
