Elsie was organised and thorough and advised what to be done. She gave us enough time to go back after making appropriate changes to papers. The intake at the entrance is well managed so no one misses their appointment. Good staff and good environment. Happy with service.”

The store has always sufficient stock of daily essentials like milk, bread, eggs, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. It is one stop shop for everything. But what really sets this place apart is the exceptional person working there. Sanjay, the friendly face behind the counter, is an absolute gem of a person. He is not just good; he is generous and incredibly knowledgeable. He is an honest gentleman who knows his stuff. He is always ready to assist with a smile, and make the shopping experience truly delightful. Keep up the fantastic work!”

“We arrived around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday August 21 and left Sunday morning (August 24) to attend the international convention of Jehovah's Witnesses at Twickenham Stadium. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and were immediately put at ease by the friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Bed linen and towels were clean every day of our 3-day stay. There was a fridge in our room, which was a thoughtful and unexpected additional facility which made our stay all the more manageable. TV and Wi-Fi were also available (although not widely necessary in the circumstances). Staff encouraged us to help ourselves to all of the available cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, etc. and were prepared to cook breakfast to enable a prompt start to your day. Our wedding anniversary was on the Friday and was enhanced in no small part by the kindness of all at the Heathrow Palace. Thank you guys!”

“After a string of bad reviews I expected a slow, painful affair - but nope, am pleased to report that I had a great meal here, exactly what a weary traveler hopes for. Regarding the food, I give a particular shoutout to the Indian items. I can never get it spicy enough, and while not overwhelming, my request for “as hot as possible” yielded a respectable level of heat and lots of fresh peppers added (delicious!). Service was quick and pleasant, everything came out fairly briskly. They definitely have a captive audience but this was one satisfied customer.”

“Great value for money and the server tried really hard to get our food quickly since we were very tight on time. I had the porridge with bananas and berries and it was well cooked. My travelling companion had the full English breakfast with no complaint. Sorry I didn't catch the name of our server but she was so nice and friendly. Highly recommended for breakfast.”
