They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly during such an emotional time. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, full of flavour, and served in generous portions. There was a fantastic variety, and it was all so well received by our guests—it disappeared in no time! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made everyone feel comfortable and cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend The Queen’s Head to anyone looking for a venue to host a wake or any special gathering. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail made a difficult day so much easier. Thank you for everything!”

Carriann is exceptionally skilled at what she does and I trust her 100% with my dog. Teddy is epileptic and Carriann takes her time with him and updates me straight afterwards with so much detail which I love. Teddy always goes in and comes out happy. I have followed Carriann even when she moved and now I live nearly 2 hours from her but there is no one in the world I trust more than Carriann and she will be grooming my dogs for as long as she can :) thank you for always being the best!”

Upon seeing this Clarks boutique beside the Westminster Cathedral, my wife and I didn't hesitate to enter. What we truly appreciate in this particular Clarks branch weren't the rows and rows of shoes (real eye candies!) neatly lined and displayed but the superb customer service that they have shown and delivered to everyone who went in. Special mention to Victor for giving us a truly excellent customer service and for being knowledgeable in all the products. He just went above and beyond not just for me but also for the mother and son who came to buy a pair of school shoes. Excellent work that truly deserves praise! I highly recommend this branch, not only for its extensive shoe lineup but for the wonderful service that the entire team gives to their customers. Will definitely come back for my next pair of shoes!”

I waited for the previous customer to be finished (around 30 mins) before I was seen but I appreciated them fitting me in. I asked for some neutral extensions (not too long) just to cover up my embarrassingly short nails (I bite them when I get anxious!) and the lady - I didn't catch her name - did a great job. Just what I asked for, and she was very meticulous and neat, which I appreciated. No card payments but you can pay by cash or bank transfer. Would recommend to a friend! Thanks :)”
