“Exceptional quality and service! From the moment I walked into Richmond Kitchens, the whole experience was a pleasure. The end result is a beautiful kitchen that’s genuinely beyond what I expected. They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

From the moment I arrived, she created a space that felt calm, kind, and completely attuned to me. She explained things clearly, without overwhelm, and made it easy for me to ask questions and feel at ease just being myself. That kind of intuitive empathy is rare. What really stood out, though, is her expertise. She’s not just skilled - she’s deeply knowledgeable, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about her craft. We talked through their new colour system (Yuv) and how to achieve a look that would be both long-lasting and flattering as it grows out. Her recommendations were spot on, and the result is both effortless and elevated - subtle highlights with face-framing that really lifts the whole look. On Friday morning she phone WTS and she was told to bring the car in and they'd have a look. By lunchtime the fault had been identified and it was fixed by 3pm . This garage provides excellent service and treat their customers very fairly. Highly recommended.”

“I had my laser session today at Thérapie Clinic and the lady who did my treatment was amazing. She did my underarms and bikini and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She was professional, gentle, and explained everything as she went along, which really helped me relax. The treatment itself was quick and painless, and she checked in with me throughout to make sure I was okay.Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with laser I felt really well looked after and would definitely book with her again. “I had the most amazing experience at Rock and Rose in Richmond. The food was great - my friend and I ordered the crispy tempura shrimp, the chicken milanese, the lamb leg steak and sticky toffee pudding for dessert - can't fault anything, tasted amazing! The drinks were delicious too, the bartenders put on a whole show for us and it added to the experience. The staff were all so lovely and hospitable, I loved the decor and ambience inside and it was super packed which goes to show how popular it is. “A nice coffee shop. I ordered a cup of Matcha Latte, and one croissant. The Matcha Latte was good, but the croissant was not fresh. The staffs were friendly, and helpful. 5 stars for them. Sockets for charging are available. Toilets for customers are available.”

I only came in to pass some time as my wife was having her hair done and ended up leaving with 2 bags full of lovely items. There was no pressure put on me just honest and comfortable conversation regarding the garments. Her knowledge is second to none and service was attentive to detail. Not at any point was I made to feel rushed or a burden. Would highly recommend anyone looking for clothing to go there and ask for her to get the same experience.
