“I personally had a very good experience with Bijouteria. Since I had a 50% discount voucher for Bijouteria, I used it, as I hadn't been to the shop before. When I received the jewelry (within two days), I tried it on the same day. Unfortunately, one piece was too small. So I contacted customer service to request an exchange for a larger size. I received a response very quickly, and the exchange was arranged without me having to do anything further. I received the new piece the following day, and I was able to return the too-small piece free of charge. I am truly satisfied with the quality and the customer service.”

“Jon was absolutely amazing and is clearly an excellent jeweller. We brought in a style we liked for an engagement ring and he was quickly able to draw up several options and was transparent about the process throughout. The final product is absolutely stunning and has a personal touch that you just can’t get from an online order. The ring was also slightly too big and it hasn’t been a problem to have it adjusted. Can’t recommend Susan Clarke highly enough!”

“We were delighted with the service extended by the staff of this Starbucks. Eugene served us and he was pleasant and friendly, totally reminding us what Starbucks is all about. I needed some hot water and he was kind enough to ask me what size of cup I wanted and even gave a cup cover. The Christmas selections are excellent particularly the Egg Nog latte and Iced Chocolate Mousse Latte. A big thank you to Eugene and the rest of the team for making our short visit delightful.”

The groomer listened to all of my concerns when it comes to my dogs behaviour as he can be a bit nippy with his paws being touched! “Stayed here with trepidation given the mixed reviews but can honestly say I enjoyed my stay. For a very low price you get a decent sized room (much bigger than many I’ve stayed in in central London), a hot shower and clean facilities, comfortable beds, 24/7 front desk, bar and restaurant on site, convenient location for nearby sites (Hampton Court Palace, Richmond Park, Ham House, Wimbledon), helpful and friendly staff and the option to pay a small fee for car parking, a good breakfast or early check-in/late check-out. We even had a nice view overlooking the church next door. Yes, the room was warm but NOT unbearably so. Criticisms about lack of aircon aren’t exactly fair. It isn’t common to find aircon in London hotel rooms and you get what YOU pay for!”

“I’m giving this place 5* as I believe the court cafe should be kept open. Many courts no longer have cafes and I think it’s a useful thing to have in a court. However don’t expect very good food! It’s very school dinner canteen. They will do hot drinks though and snacks, cold drinks. The staff are nice enough and there’s places to sit. Probably a lifeline for many people have a hard day in court.”

“Been to this branch many times. Each time the pizza was ready in under 10 mins. Nearby Waitrose is also very convenient. Staff are polite and helpful. A shame that the Putney branch closed though.”

“I needed a replacement valve for an old-fashioned bath tap. The staff guy had to search the stockroom for the right type. He opened it up to check the size, then recommended an equivalent item at a lower price. The whole thing took about 15 minutes - all for less than £12. Excellent service.”
