“Used to come here occasionally as a child growing up in the 70s/80s. Moved back to Surbiton with my own family several years ago and was so happy to see they were still going strong. Have been coming here ever since. Dishes taste fantastic, quality is consistent, prices are very reasonable, preparation is fast and staff are friendly. Tried other Chinese takeaways in the area but none of them come close. A real jewel. Bravo, guys.”

“Booked a table last minute at The French Table and they manage to accommodate us for a colleagues birthday , from start to finish everything was merticulous. Great ambiance and the place is not overcrowded with many tables, they have 2 floors but the place is not too big. I asked for extras to be added on our table and in under 30 minutes they delivered. We had personalised menues with colleagues name on it. Everything i asked for, they delivered. Would definately visit again. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a Michelin type of a restaurant. Tasting menus, wine paring, good food, everything is just so done to perfection, the staff are so friendly.”

“I came across Sandy’s work on Instagram, and although I don’t live very close, I was sold! Sandy really listened to what I wanted, and very carefully analysed my face and advised me on some beneficial treatments. She was the loveliest person ever and has very friendly staff and a clean and cosy place. Sandy offers a variety of services all very fairly priced and worth the quality. I am so happy with my lips and how they look. She was very reassuring and careful and talked me through everything. I am a very happy client and I will definitely be returning for other treatments. Could not recommend Sandy enough! There is some parking outside which is not for free and also a Sainsbury’s for shoppers.”

“Had my hair cut after not having any haircuts for over 2 years almost and I was sad to see some length go but it was for the best as split ends will continue to split up the hair shaft and cause breakage to the healthy hair. My hair hasn’t felt this thick and had this much volume in years. Before I went to this hair salon I was convinced my hair was thinning and I was losing hair when I had breaking hair that made it feel thin and weak. I couldn’t recommend how quick and amazing this service is. Would recommend to everyone as my hairdresser has been in the industry for over 20 years and knows exactly what she’s doing. “What a wonderful little restaurant! Despite having very high expectations due to all the great reviews, my family and I were still surprised at how great this place was. The sashimi pieces were lovely and thick, their signature rolls were delicious but our favourite was the udon (unfortunately not pictured as we were too busy slurping it up!)- the noodles were cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend this place for the delicious food and the lovely attentive staff!”

“I highly recommend getting your lashes done here. I had a lovely girl do mine called Flo (all the girls are lovely ☺️). She was quick, knew exactly what she was doing, my lashes came out perfect. I got them done before holiday and only 1 feel out while I was away! Amazing! Eamonn was always at the end of the phone/email to answer any questions we had and to provide advice. Great selection of kitchens with full range of materials/finishes on offer and Eamonn also able to help source appliances and worktops at good prices. Would not hesitate to use Eamonn again when doing our next kitchen.”

“Very good quality food and drink. Quickly served. My husband had the chicken kiev with chips and salad whist i had the prawn salad. Both meals were perfect and hot. The kiev still contained the garlic butter, something i never seem able to do and the chips crispy. My salad looked like the photo on the menu barring one thing. The prawns had sauce on them and were not plain as shown. This turned it into one huge prawn cocktail which i didn't mind at all. With a £20 bill i consider this great value for money.”

“Just brought my hamster from there and the staff was very helpful and efficient. The staff made the process very easy for me as they were open and welcoming. The hamster is healthy and active - he seems very used to people and is quite calm despite his first day here. This shows how responsible and caring the staff is. I will definitely be a frequent customer. :)”
