“We have been attending Neil's classes for some years and they are always very enjoyable and rewarding as he is a great teacher, whatever your level. He takes the time to explain and demonstrate all steps and the routine in detail and there is always a sense of achievement when learning a new skill in such a super environment. Neil's classes are also always great fun - he has a particular style and sense of humour, varied and well structured. We have also tried private lessons which are of great value. Rubies and Neil much deserve all success and are highly recommended!”

“Take a class!! I highly recommend learning pole with Lia! I didn’t have a great deal of upper body strength despite always being fit but that all changed when I started pole classes at Pole Academy LDN. Fast forward a few years and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and just love pole. I’m 50 and proud of what I’ve achieved so far, moving through from beginners to high intermediate/advanced. “I was devastated when my dog broke his leg one late evening. Worried and anxious, I contacted Ctvet first thing in the morning and left a voicemail, hoping for a prompt response. To my relief, they called us back as soon as they opened. When we arrived at the clinic, Stefano greeted us with warmth and understanding, which immediately put my mind at ease. He quickly gave my dog an injection to relieve his pain and took the time to explain the treatment plan, reassuring me that he was in good hands. The next morning, my dog was scheduled for orthopaedic surgery. It was difficult to leave him at the clinic overnight, but I knew he was getting the best possible care. When I returned to pick him up in the evening, I was overjoyed to see him happy and playful, albeit slightly tired from the sedation. Martina thoroughly explained each medication and provided helpful leaflets for at-home care, which increased my peace of mind. I am sincerely grateful for everyone's compassion and professionalism at Ctvet. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pets and wants them to receive the best possible care.”

“Don is absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate in recommending him. He is very responsive and goes the extra mile to try to accommodate our dog during busy times for us. Since our dog has been going for walks with Don I have noticed a marked improvement in her behaviour and focus. Don sends really nice and helpful videos of the dogs during their training so we can see what they're up to and follow up and reinforce the training at home. Don frequently takes the dog for longer than the 2 hours we booked for but never charges extra. It is clear that he really loves what he does and he is an expert in positive dog training methods. Dogs really love going with him and respond very well to his commands. I like the fact that he is very responsible and won't take more than 5 dogs out at a time, unlike some other dog walkers who take a huge pack of dogs they can't control! I feel that our dog is in safe and experienced hands and Don has been a real life line for us. Can't recommend highly enough :)”

What can I say but within 24 hours of our coaching session, my instructions are streamlined and I have a really attentive dog who is working harder than ever to hit his markers, making me one happy runner and him feel like the winner he is!
