“I thought I’d share my thoughts following my third (and longest) stay at Latitude. I got to know about the apartment block through friends who recognise that I needed a longer-term solution for staying in London for my work. My main home is in Spain. However I’m frequently in London so I decided that I would take a longer term lease. The apartment is perfect for me, from its positioning, (close enough to the station and town), to its general physical appointment. It’s in beautiful condition and if ever there have been tiny inevitable niggles the apartments management have pretty much fixed them there and then on the day that help was required. I find everybody associated with the building to be really pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend this place any higher.”

“This place is AMAZING. Im staying there at the minute and it was my birthday, my mum mentioned to staff briefly. And unofficially they delivered birthday balloons and a birthday card to my room. The hotel has such an amazing vibe to it for such a cheap price. Theres so many stores nearby, me and my friend went to an asian convenience store nearby! You NEED to come here!”

“Lovely hotel with nice and modern rooms and so convenient by being located right beside East Croydon Station. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of choices and for everyones tastes. We stayed a few days. Special thanks to Manoj who provided us with an attentive and excellent service.”

“Visited for the Japanese cheesecake initially and to introduce a friend to this place as they are more local than me. Loved the selection of hot/cold drinks. Sat in even shared a table with other visitors which I thought was so nice and brought back the good times where people actually converse! Carrot cake was divine it was moist and tasty. Was there so long sat to near closing time! The basement has a really nice ambience to it aswell I'd come back again.”

“We recently held an event at Grand Sapphire, and everything was handled well. The venue is stunning, with an atmosphere that made our occasion feel special. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience stress-free. A big thank you to Zara Malik, who managed our event. She wasvery organized, proactive, and constantly checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. She also helped us with the leftover food, which we appreciated. It’s clear she cares about her clients. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Highly recommend Grand Sapphire for any event.”

“I often grab a hot chocolate whenever I can either before or after work which is always top tier. The atmosphere is always good and the staff are extremely attentive to all customer needs. Highly recommend as the drinks are far better than those which neighbour them (mainly Starbucks). The facilities are also always clean and checked on a frequent basis. Shoutout to the ladies that were working this evening (after 6pm) they even grabbed me a croissant and cooked it downstairs for me. Exceptional service⭐️”

“A pleasant coffee stop along the parade of shops in Limpsfield Road. It is bright and spacious inside, and service was friendly and efficient. The wi-fi wasn't working when I went so they couldn't take card payments.”

“Went down for 3 days in Easter holidays and ha really great stay. Landlord was helpful and easy to contact. Flat was really nicely decorated and easy to find. The apartments have gated parking and easy to get into. We kinda struggled with getting out though as found someone had to go outside to open gates then drive out. But we didn't check if easier way of opening carpark gates. Two lifts and wide stairs make for good disability access with ramps to entrance where car park is, and front I remember as being flat or gentle slope. Good signage for flat numbers making getting around inside easy. Window of the lat we stated in had view of carpark so not overlooking any other flats or overlooked.”

“We attended today around 1 pm, and the male barista was so considerate and polite. The beans on the cappuccino were so good. And he added extra foam, as we requested as well. Thank you for making our trip back to croydon house of Fraser so special, and we could reminisce our times going there weekly.”

The entire process, from the initial query to driving away, was handled with the utmost professionalism. ​The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to ensure the work was completed to a high standard. The wheel alignment was done perfectly. Special mention to Dan for his excellent communication and customer care. I was kept informed throughout and felt completely confident in their work. “I’ve been to this branch of Starbucks a couple of times recently and it’s been great. My friend is disabled, so parking is very convenient as there are Blue Badge parking spaces directly outside. Access is easy too. The staff are all friendly and you don’t feel rushed, even when it’s near closing time. One outstanding member of staff we encountered was Elaine, the manager, who is incredibly friendly, warm and kind. She was extremely considerate and helpful towards my friend, who needed to access the toilet. Elaine made sure she could navigate her way to the toilet safely and that there were no obstructions in her way. On our way out, just as the shop was closing, Elaine cheerfully called out to say goodbye, which was a lovely touch. It’s warm, friendly and helpful staff members like Elaine who contribute to a positive experience when visiting a coffee shop. Thank you Elaine. You’re an asset to Starbucks. Update: When I first encountered Elaine, I mistakenly thought she was the cleaner as she was mopping the floor. On my next visit she told me that she was actually the manager and had found my post hugely amusing. This just shows what a wonderful sense of humour Elaine has! It also shows how the manager is prepared to do any task that is required.”
