“Just to understand this review, it is for Hygienist Oormila and her nurse Janari. Isn't for the entire dental clinic. Finally, she is a hygienist who pays attention to her job. Calm, slow with attention for each tooth. Follow the hygienic steps. Regarding the previous experience, when I was washed more on my face than my thees and finished in less than 5 mins everything. “Was served by Ben this afternoon at the acorn industrial estate branch! I had an exchange I needed sorting out for a recent order, a pair of boots for a different pair! However because I used a voucher for the previous pair it made the exchange a little difficult to sort out however after a few calls Ben was really positive and polite and was able to sort the situation out for me which I really appreciated as I took the boots to be refunded at my more local store (Belvedere) and was told by a member of staff that she didn’t wouldn’t do the refund for me because she had already taken a large refund that morning and obviously wanted to meet her store targets for the day. This was not fair and I shouldn’t have been told this. Many thanks again Ben.”

“I attended my appointment today at keik fit Dartford they were very busy non stop phone ringing customers dropping keys off The staff were not stressed at all they took my keys asked me to take a seat as I was waiting the mechanic collected my keys and straight on to the job. Staff very friendly especially the manager Jason and engineer Lewis so professional .They honestly did not stop all the staff were busy busy. Also great air con in reception area . “Went to Gravesend for the day and stayed the night here. Was greater kindly and served by Vlada who kindly got us a ground floor room have our Romeo with us (Maltipoo) she recommended a few places to visit while on our stay and very helpful. In the morning had the breakfast that is included in the stay and was welcomed very nicely by Claire who was very friendly too along with all the staff. Overall a lovely place to stay very chilled and wonderful staff”

“Value for money, have stayed twice in recent months as a stop en route Eurotunnel and will stay again. Rooms appear recently redecorated/carpeted. Comfortable bed. Strong shower and decent towels. Friendly welcome at reception. Dog friendly. Easy 10-15 minutes walk to the Wharf, good bar/restaurant.”
