All newly refurbished and in first year of reopening - staff very friendly, just ironing out a few kinks with the building logistics. “Hi, I’ve been a member of Chingford Nuffield gym for a couple of years but only recently invested in personal training with Debi Christopher. She is so lovely and I’ve definitely chosen such a good fit for my needs. I ask a lot of questions and she always answers them with knowledge and professionalism… And patience! Within a couple of sessions I could feel both mentally and physically the impact of what she was helping me with in terms of joint pain and level of fitness. “I was in Stratford Footasylum yesterday around 7:30/8, I can't remember the time exactly. A woman came to the till and was being very disrespectful, swearing In front of me and other customers towards to manager. I just wanted to commend her on how gracefully she handled the situation, nobody should be spoken to like that. Overall I had a great experience, and the manager Rosie made it a lot easier. Will be coming back to shop again!”

“I have been visiting the Cheam centre for the last 3 months as part of a group working on "Joint Pain Management" and have been extremely pleased with our health coach Steven who has provided me and the group, not only with excellent coaching to improve our fitness with the aim of reducing pain and becoming more active, it has also provided us with logical and much welcomed ideas to make small changes on our day to day activities that are really making a big difference to me and others on the group. The staff at the Cheam center I have met are also very welcoming and friendly and the various exercise machines I have used are very good and simple to use. Would strongly recommend the Cheam centre and Steven to anyone that wants to better manage their joint pain and to also become fitter and healthier.”

“I went here for the first time, for some women-only swimming time. I went swimming when I was younger, so I thought it would be a piece of cake. Well, needless to say, I almost drowned. A wonderful lifeguard, quite frankly rescued me, from what otherwise would've been a complete disaster. I am INCREDIBLY grateful to her and the other lifeguard, who taught me a few swimming tips. I will be taking swimming classes, starting next week, but I'd like to give a huge thank you to the staff here- THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️❤️”

“The cheapest Gym in Ware by far, the £20 monthly charge at the moment is amazing value (Normally £26pm) this includes swim and gym, if I use it once a week its still cheaper than pay as you go. Swimming is available some nights and all weekend but gym available every day, its not the most up to date and doesn't have much equipment but has everything I need. The Active app is also great with loads of online work out classes.”

She’s incredibly approachable, always ready to help, and creates such a positive atmosphere at the front desk. Whether you’re checking in, asking a question, or need assistance with anything, Tia handles it with professionalism and friendliness. She truly makes the club feel inviting, and her customer service is exceptional. A real asset to the team!”

“Great for the Heathrow Terminal 5 and for a night before early flight. The hotel is old. But the rooms are clean. People who work here are super friendly and professional, helpful. They helped me and answered ALL my questions. Respect for that! Unfortunately I had neighbours in the corridor who did not give a sh*t about other guests and we're banging doors all night. It's not the hotel fault, so have earplugs just in case. The BEST PART is travel on the POD to LHR terminal 5 at 5am for only 8.25£. 7 minutes and I was at the terninal. Beautiful!!! And the room price was very good for being that close to the airpot.”

“We stayed here as part of a package deal with the Warner Brother Harry Potter studios. The hotel was comfortable and clean. All of the staff were really friendly. Shout out to manager Charlie for organising a birthday plate for my sister. It was really kind and thoughtful. The hotel went above and beyond for us. Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety. The hair dryer in my room didn't work and the reception replaced it immediately. Every interaction we had was really promot. The only negative I would say is the rooms are a little tired. We stayed in a twin room but the friendliness of the staff and the great breakfast make up for that.”

“I visited for the first time today for the free Tower Hamlets women’s swimming. I was hesitate over the previous reviews but I had a great experience. The pool was quiet (6ish), the showers hot, lockers available for a 20p coin (you don’t get it back) and very easy to go straight in and out. Lots of kids in the kids area which is great to see it being used.”

“I stayed here for 3 days and really enjoyed it. It started off well with super accommodating luggage storage and the front desk people were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and modern with nice and convenient touches plus daily housekeeping kept it fresh. The shower/bath was lovely too. The location was also nice as well with Kensington High St a short walk away with shops, cafes, restaurants and a tube station. I would for sure stay there again next time I’m in London.”

“I spent 2 weeks at the priory on the general ward. My whole experience was great and I cannot thank everyone who works there enough for helping me feel better. Rooms: the rooms are lovely and spacious, I had a gorgeous view of the grounds. Rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding once a week. Meals: all food is tasty with loads of different options at breakfast lunch & dinner Staff: from my very first conversation with Lillian in the admissions team to every staff member on the ward - everyone I encountered at the priory was friendly, helpful and most of all incredibly caring. The staff work very hard and long hours so I am very grateful for their help. Special thanks to Lenny for helping with my additional requests :) Therapy classes: the sessions were the best part of my stay. The therapy team must work very hard to make each session different and informative. When I arrived, I was assessed by the therapy team who then gave me a timetable of classes most suitable to the problems I was dealing with - the personal touches on this programme really helped me. Doctors: I already had contact with my consultant before I was inpatient but I was greeted by another doctor when I arrived - I felt incredibly safe and looked after every time I spoke to doctors on the ward. We had a very clear goal we'd set together and I also felt very comfortable with my discharge when I left. I am so glad I chose to come to the north London priory, after years trying to deal with this through the NHS, I am so grateful I had the opportunity to be inpatient at the priory as it truly changed my life!!”

“I've been coming here for years and really enjoying if. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and it's always nice to see a friendly face in the morning. I'd like to extend a personal thanks to my incredible swimming instructor Hamid for being so helpful over the past few months. He's completely changed the game for me in terms of my swimming skills (I went from barely able to swim to now floating and swimming and rolly polly-ing in the deep end). He's an amazing instructor. I'm so glad I booked swimming lessons here!”

“I am currently a part of JPP, it’s a fantastic programme. I am so grateful for the expertise of the rehabilitation specialist Mia Greyson, who seems to be the answer to my prayers. She is so very insightful to many of the physical issues that many of the members in the group face on a day to day basis. She pushes us to a safe level and always makes sure we do not do too much, so that we do not injure ourselves. She is friendly but totally professional in the way she works, which makes you know that you can trust what she is doing and that it will benefit you in the long term. I have been to many pain management programmes in hospitals and also through the GP and this one in Nuffield health in Norbury, is the best that I’ve ever attended. Definitely a 5⭐️ rating!!”

“Just completed Theater Gym's online course for Voice Acting Foundation with Shaun Mendum. The course was well presented and informative. We had four different subjects covered, one per Saturday, and he went above and beyond putting each subject into context and helping us navigate them. We were given constructive feedback about our performances, including what we did well and helpful explanations on how to improve. We were encouraged to work with our fellow students and our group in particular created a strong bond because of Shaun's leadership. If voice acting interests you, I cannot recommend this course enough.”
