“I recently attended for wisdom teeth extraction with Rita Mirchandani and her dental nurse. I am anxious about the dentist and was fearful of this appointment due to a previous bad experience with tooth extraction. Rita and the nurse were really supportive, I found it helpful that i was given lots of psychoeducation about the procedure. They allowed me to listen to my music throughout the procedure which i found helpful. The extraction didn't take long and i haven't had any complications, which has been a relief. I also found the education about dental hygiene and brush technique really helpful.”

“Klaudia is extremely knowledgeable and observant. She studies the way your body moves and comes up with exercises tailored for you. I’ve been seeing her as my PT for a couple of months now and I’m always learning something new about exercises and my body. I’ve also seen Klaudia for sports massage where she applies her in depth knowledge of physiology as well as what she’s observed during personal training to work on the muscles that really need it.
