“Love it...but the lifts are a constant problem! Why not fix them ALL at once and save on call-out costs. Lovely friendly staff and a good layout! Also...could you pay me for working there when I'm forced to scan my own shopping? You need to put an option for an hourly rate so i can get paid accordingly. I dont like shopping so im pretty quick! “Sutton Deichmann was excellent customer service, i had an issue with the hounslow branch and croydon branch as they lied about changing or refund the shoes. After serious complaint this branch changed the shoes no issues. If you go to any branch of Deichmann and they say they can't change, refund or if you got 2 left pairs like me and they say they can't don't listen to them..stay there until they change or refund or ask for manager. As i can confirmed that you can change as i been told by they senior manager and area manager.”

“Shoe range has massively gone up in the world in quality, from what I used to know it 10 years ago. The lady that helped was absolutely amazing!! Didn't get her name, but blonde hair and glasses, lovely lady, great attitude, a smile on her face, and happy to help. I needed some shoes for a suit, she asked what colour my suit was, got the perfect colour for my suit and gave me 3 great options in seconds, to meet my exact needs. I picked the one I liked the most, she grabbed my size out for me, said feel free to take a seat and try them on, got her opinion on them, which put me at ease that they looked okay on me and they feel so comfortable it's unreal... cost £40 and great quality! The lady behind the desk was also great and chatty and friendly! The recipient has TE on it for the cashier name and was today 11/9/24 at 5.40pm I was stressed trying to find shoes elsewhere in the high steet and not liking anything and going in here, got me the perfect shoes and reassured me they suited me in minuets 10/10”
