“Absolutely incredible service! I’ve just had ACL surgery here and was quite apprehensive before as this was my first operation, however each and everyone of the staff members from the physios to the nurses, the surgeon, anesthesiologist, reception, overnight staff etc were all amazing. The food was great, the call button service was instant, and the nurses always looked genuinely happy and willing to care for my every need. Even after leaving the care continues from extensive and tailored information on how to recover in the most optimal way. I’d highly recommend this establishment.”

“Really enjoyed our experience here. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We shared the Veg Gyoza to start and for mains we had a Duck Pad Thai and Yellow Curry with Sticky Rice. I would recommend both main dishes!”

“We had a fantastic stay at the new Hilton Woking. The breakfast was deffinitely a standout and worth a visit even if you're not staying at the hotel. Beautiful views and a spread that truly felt a cut above any other Hilton we’ve tried in the UK. All staff are great, but Evelyn made our mornings extra special with her friendly and attentive service. As Diamond members, we felt valued right away and were upgraded to a lovely suite, which was a real bonus. The Executive Lounge was also fantastic- comfortable, with a great selection of drinks and snacks. Can’t recommend this new Hilton enough for anyone visiting the area.”

“What an amazing premier inn! The best we have ever stayed in! Tara on reception was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure our visit was tiptop! We had an amazing room, great food and great customer service from all the reception team but genuinely Tara was brilliant. “The care and love my cat receives at Voo Vets in Pyrford , is extraordinary. He was very ill in December, but they got him right. In March he had an operation which went very well. I was especially impressed by the tiny stitches done by Vet Christina. Thank you Christina for your constant care of Bingo and to Receptionist Justine for always being so kind and helpful to me and my cat. I am so glad I moved Bingo to Voo in Pyrford.”

“Pinewood Cattery is spotlessly clean and all cats are well cared for. Sam and her team worked around our recent house move and what seemed like forever changing move dates. Our girls Boo & Willow were well cared for and actually came home friends than sibling rivals. Thank you Pinewood, we will see you again in October.”

“From the reception team to the veterinarians my gorgeous Daisy and I were made to feel so welcome. They gave great advice, were so gentle and caring towards my kitten and all round great. “We came in on 1st November for our really early Christmas Do. As always Sam and the team were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great and the pub was full. We used the app to order so didn’t even need to get up off the table. The food came out promptly, piping hot and was delicious, I couldn’t fault anything. This is a lovely pub with an atmosphere. “Been there at a Friday evening and it was great! Callum was working behind the counter and he was very polite and friendly, great guy! A band set up inside the pub and played some good quality music, nothing too loud and definitely elevating the whole atmosphere. Bonus points for the delicious Brazilian bbq that is being served there during the weekends, at the rear garden. Bottom line, great pub!”

“Ordered a takeaway from here last night. Didn't know what to expect as this was the first order we have placed there. Food was delivered within 45 minutes. Good potion sizes and the food was very tasty, not at all oily, which can be the case sometimes with takeaways. We will definitely be ordering again in the near future.”

Service was warm and highly attentive, though at times it felt a little chaotic, perhaps due to the lunchtime rush. Nonetheless, the staff were friendly and eager to help. The restaurant was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. A great spot for a casual meal with flavour and good service. Would definitely return.”

Have also taken advantage of the take your own wine and dine which saves loads on an expensive drinks bill. Try them out, you wont be disappointed and will go back for more!”

“Nice to be able to relax after a slow trot around the gardens, which are extensive or to contemplate the challenge ahead if this is your first stop. Good choice of drinks and snacks with ample seating and clean toilets. Decor is traditional canteen messing.”
