“Was served by Ben this afternoon at the acorn industrial estate branch! I had an exchange I needed sorting out for a recent order, a pair of boots for a different pair! However because I used a voucher for the previous pair it made the exchange a little difficult to sort out however after a few calls Ben was really positive and polite and was able to sort the situation out for me which I really appreciated as I took the boots to be refunded at my more local store (Belvedere) and was told by a member of staff that she didn’t wouldn’t do the refund for me because she had already taken a large refund that morning and obviously wanted to meet her store targets for the day. This was not fair and I shouldn’t have been told this. Many thanks again Ben.”

“I attended my appointment today at keik fit Dartford they were very busy non stop phone ringing customers dropping keys off The staff were not stressed at all they took my keys asked me to take a seat as I was waiting the mechanic collected my keys and straight on to the job.
