“A nice relaxing place to grab a costa coffee and a bite to eat in a busy Epsom Hospital. Most people don't know it's here, hidden on the second floor at the back of the Hospital.”
“Good food, nice cup of tea and pleasant, friendly staff”
“The receptionist I met this morning was absolutely amazing at her job, such a caring kind soul with amazing customer service skills, thank you for making me feel welcome and giving me a confidence boost! Made my day.”
“☕ Starbucks – Reliable and Tasty Starbucks is a great place to grab a coffee, whether you're in a rush or want to sit and relax. The drinks are always consistent — I especially like the lattes and iced coffees. They have lots of options, including non-dairy milks and seasonal specials. The food is decent too, with tasty sandwiches and sweet treats. It can be a bit pricey, but the quality is usually good. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. Most stores have a nice vibe and free Wi-Fi, which is great if you want to work or chill. ⭐ Rating: 8/10 – A solid place for good coffee”
“I come here nearly every week to grab my free coffee. This time I came 30mins before closing and the guy (who I normally get served from who is really kind) was cleaning the syrup pumps while I was served by a different colleague. I always ask for caramel sugar free syrup but because he was already cleaning the pumps he decided to just pour some in to the cup...omg it was sooooo sweet...it was disgusting. I didn't bother asking for a replacement as I didn't want to cause a scene but next time I will make sure I get there earlier rather than at a time where they are close to closing”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love my visits to Starbucks! The atmosphere is always cozy and inviting, perfect for a quick coffee run or a study session. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect drink every time. I recently tried their decaf latte , and it was delicious—smooth and perfectly balanced. Plus, I appreciate their commitment to sustainability and quality ingredients. Highly recommend stopping by for a pick-me-up! ☕️✨”
“Great reformer classes and the teachers, Paula, Felicity and Heather are particularly good. If you want a challenge and technique/alignment then Paula’s class would be the ideal classes to go for. No one class is the same! Paula brings lots of humour to her classes to lighten the burn. The studio is clean, spacious and airy and there is free parking on-site.”
“My husband and I recently joined the ‘Get Active’ membership aimed at over 65 year olds. We started with a pickleball course and now play regularly in the socials.which are great fun. I also attended the magic ring class with Steph and the Yoga with Victoria J . Both are excellent instructors. There are lots of activities included in this membership, there is something for everyone.”
“Enjoyed vegan organic Thai yellow vegetable curry with organic brown rice! Nice 8.5/10 The seaweed crisps & brown rice crackers were great too! Benches and chairs + tables outside & inside too. More seating & tables on 1st floor as well. Nice spacious store with many places to sit.”
“Very busy today but a big thank you to Katrina for her great service. A few items were no longer available today so I ordered a toastie. The one I ordered wasn’t ready as a batch was being prepared. She kindly bought it over to my table. The toastie was very tasty. Many thanks :)”

“Great venue with really well looked after facilities made even better with fantastic management service. Amit and his colleague Robert really went above and beyond to find a lost scooter deep in the bushes and call us to pick it up. Brilliant!”
“Open on Christmas day with lovely service and the staff were great. The drinks were well made. They're great”
“I visited this place during my holiday, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and prepared with so much care. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. But what truly stood out to me was the people; everyone I encountered was so welcoming, kind, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more special. It felt less like visiting a restaurant and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for not just good food, but also a memorable and heartwarming experience.”
“Best gym in the area. Absolutely spoilt for choice with classes and the refurbishment and all new equipment in the gym makes it an outstanding place to train. Manager Adrian and all the lovely staff are really helpful with info and PT sessions. Adrian is a brilliant boxing coach I have loved the new Box12 classes too. The gym is great for everyone between beginners or expert body builders. There’s such a mix of abilities and bodies at the gym I love it.”
“A review for the opticians. Have been using for the last 8 years or so and went recently for eye test and was picked up an issue with my eye. Was very thorough and managed to get a appointment at St Peters eye section the following day. The attention given by her (didnt get her name) at the eye test was fantastic amd thorough. A credit to Asda.”
“A place where you can spend a great time with your young ones. This facility offers a lot of activities for both adult and children which includes swimming training or just a quick dip into the pool with your babies. The pool is also accessible for individuals with special educational needs which is really amazing. The huge slide inside is also worth to try. Just do not forget to bring a coin to access the lockers; you can get your coin back before you leave. Baggy park, vending machine and cafe are also available inside. You might not be able to bring phones or camera to take photo inside.”
“Everything you might need you can find here. Prices are good in comparison with smaller supermarkets...staff is professional and helpful.”
“I love my regular swims here with my husband. If you pick swim times carefully never seems overly busy. Sunday one to avoid! Cleanliness ok rather than brilliant but staff try hard. Ladies changing room cold in winter.”
“Rachel is an amazing swim teacher. I’m older and have knee problems, so I was nervous about starting lessons. From day one, she made me feel comfortable and safe in the water. She adjusted every exercise to fit what I could do. She focused on gentle movement and steady progress. She never rushed me but always encouraged me to keep going. Now I move more easily and feel stronger after every session. Rachel’s patience and support have made a huge difference in my confidence and mobility.”
“Stayed here for 1 night, very lovely staff. I was serviced by Binod, very friendly man, great service he delivered while our stay here. The rooms were clean and well organised.”
