“This place is absolutely perfect! Our vrbo got cancelled on the day we arrived in London and thankfully Sanctum came up at the last minute at a reasonable price and had a lot to offer. The room was bright and spacious with a full kitchen and there was groceries right around the corner and a train across the street.”

“What a breath of fresh air! Having toured the big chain bed stores, I happened into Vic Smith Beds. I must say the staff are very friendly and helpful. From purchase to delivery in 2 days!! The delivery team are excellent very careful and even took my old bed away free of charge. I just wish more companies provided this level of service. Thank you so much. I thought I would ad a little update to my review. I have had my bed for some time now and it is still as comfortable as ever, definitely one of my better buys. One of the team, a man, helped me go get a hairdryer when I bumped into him on the stairs on my way to reaction, going out of his way to help. Right next to tube station. “Here is the English translation: I came from Taiwan and stayed at a 2-person room on the 5th floor for 13 days at the end of November. At first, I saw many mixed reviews, but after staying here, I truly felt the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and I had no bad experiences. There was no curtain beside the bed, but there were four outlets in the room, which was more than enough. The food sold on the first floor was affordable and tasty, and it’s also a good choice if you want to have a drink. If you need hot water, you can ask for it at the bar. The self-service breakfast costs £9.5 and is enough to make you full. The bathrooms and toilets were clean too, although some locks were broken, but it didn’t affect usage. The heating starts at 8 p.m. and lasts until the morning; sometimes it starts earlier or ends earlier. I am still staying here now, and I highly recommend this place to travelers who come to London and don’t have very high requirements for accommodation.”

“It’s a decent hotel if you’re in the area . Parking 8£ get there early , I drive a pick up and parking was sufficient! Chap at the front desk is brilliant and helpful . Location is brilliant for the area , card machine wasn’t working at the restaurant but we sorted that and they were very helpful. Didn’t eat any food but the beer was decent ! Room was fine for the price , it was clean and bedding is good ! Fire alarm went off for some reason but could just be a fault”

“I stayed here for 3 days and really enjoyed it. It started off well with super accommodating luggage storage and the front desk people were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and modern with nice and convenient touches plus daily housekeeping kept it fresh. The shower/bath was lovely too. The location was also nice as well with Kensington High St a short walk away with shops, cafes, restaurants and a tube station. I would for sure stay there again next time I’m in London.”

“My wife and I were in Bromley for just one night and we decided to stay here having done so quite a few years ago, and it is so convenient as it is centrally located within easy reach of the town centre, restaurants and pubs. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the decoration and decor of the place had been kept as pristine as we recalled from our previous visit; there was no deterioration at all. Check-in was extremely quick, and we had a room at the back of the hotel away from the busy A21 road that runs passed the hotel at the front. We found that the room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Our only slight gripe was that we found that the room a little hot while trying to sleep, but this is probably because we sleep in such a cold room, our preference, while at home. We took advantage of the underground car parking and we thought that the price paid for a full 24-hours was very reasonable especially for the obvious peace of mind that it gave us. Checkout the following morning was just a matter of putting the room card in a slot at the Reception Desk. All in all we thought that it was a very good choice to have made, especially at the cost which was very, very reasonable.”

“I have read some poor reviews of this hotel and to be honest I can’t imagine why. Our room was huge, spotless clean. We had a very big kitchen with everything we needed and a nespresso machine. Yes, they asked us at check in if we want to be charged for housekeepers tip, we said we would leave cash and they did not charge us. The 100£ deposit came back into my account within 24h of checkout. Also the reception staff were very nice and helpful, our bathroom was leaking a little bit above the toilet and they had another room ready for us, but we loved our room and the leak was not an issue so we didn’t move. Yes, this is not located in central London, but in my opinion its perfectly located, Hackney is an amazing neighborhood and the Brodway Market is withing 15 minutes walking.”

“I ordered 2 orthopaedic divan beds this morning, they was delivered 4 hours later (to a third floor flat) ! and they are beautiful and was very cheap (in cost but not quality). I am extremely happy with the service from beginning to end and wouldn't hesitate in using this company again. I'm sure my tenants will be as happy as I am. Thank you”

“Afternoon tea was excellent. Freshly prepared and delicious. There was more than enough for two persons, I would have loved to have eaten every scrap. The chef presented the array of food in person and he was a delightful gentleman. He explained the variety of sandwiches, scones, cakes and fancy nibbles. Certainly worth every penny.”

“Excellent location just outside Woking station. As you would expect the room was clean. I’ve stayed in a few Travelodge hotels over the last year or two and the rooms in this one are even better than most: I guess it has had a recent refurbishment: USB-A ports by the bed, and a very good shower room. Breakfast was very good, again as you would expect. So many thanks to all the invisible people who make this level of service possible – cleaning, catering et cetera. A big shout out to Supervisor Manika and to Pritam on the desk for excellent service - and in particular for recovering the small coffee flask which I inadvertently left behind in the room.”
