They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

“Ian recently planned and supervised some repairs to our kitchen - replacing a leaky fridge and repairing the damage the escaped water had caused to the surrounding wood. The original kitchen was from Arlington's and it has really stood the test of time - over 20 years. It now looks as good as new. Ian and his team were helpful, skillful and efficient throughout. We have always been very pleased with their work and their prices are fair. I would highly recommend them.”

“I started looking for a new kitchen back in autumn, and it wasn’t finished until midsummer the following year — a timeline that had me wondering if I’d wandered into an episode of Midsomer Murders. There were a couple of walls being knocked down and a bathroom fit out being completed as well, thankfully, no mysterious disappearances… just the arrival of a stunning kitchen which was well worth the wait. The final product is amazing with lots of character fitting perfectly with the house and the original vision. We went with an Ashley Ann shaker-style design, and it really does look the part — solid build, classic lines, and a lovely dual colour scheme that gives the space real depth and charm. It’s both modern and timeless — exactly what we were after. BCK were excellent right from the start. The pre-sales advice was clear, transparent and honest, and we felt supported the whole way through. The planning meetings were great and detailed, so good I thought I was running the showroom at one stage. Communication was strong — no black holes (even if the draw fronts felt like they were coming via Uranus at one point). Special mention to the excellent fitting team, who came in towards the end and helped bring everything together with care, professionalism, cricket chat and Oasis riffs. They really made the difference in those final stages. All in all, a solid gold five stars. Yes, there were lots of questions, but the finished result is a beautiful, functional kitchen that’s completely transformed our home. BCK delivered — and we’re genuinely pleased we found them and thoroughly recommend them for your Project.”

Chris who did the fitting and installation was excellent, with a high attention to detail. He's an exceptional skilled craftsman, arrives on time each day, has all necessary tools and equipment . He works to a very high standard paying close attention to small details. He was careful to leave the work area clean each evening and ensure minimum disturbance outside the work area. “Being novice in kitchen installation, we tried to do some "window shopping" either online or by visiting in person a few kitchen specialists to discuss our project of renovating an old crumbling kitchen set. We were happily surprised by the quality and the variety of choice we have been shown at the Barnet showroom of Schmidt kitchens. We made up our mind after discussing with Sara Ristuccia the in-house designer. We felt really lucky to meet an experienced interior design professional with unlimited patience in listening our multiple ideas. “First class from start to finish In-toto Woking were recommended by our next neighbours who spoke very highly of the team and were delighted with their kitchen. We gave Hassan and Emily a blank sheet of paper and they came back with 3 different designs which were then presented to us and we discussed in one in some detail. We decided on the most radical design vs our current layout. We then had further very lengthy sessions with Hassan going through all of the detail. Nothing was left to chance. Once we had chosen all the appliances and had the specification detailed, we found we were significantly over budget. We were very worried, but Hassan was completely unphased and he and Emily helped us to find cheaper appliances and tweak the design until it was in budget. The whole fitting process with electricians, the plumber and decorator was closely managed by Hassan. The fitter Gavin was superb - as problems were uncovered when the kitchen was stripped back, he always had solutions and worked quickly and extremely efficiently. The quality of his workmanship more than matched the outstanding quality of the German units. We are very happy and are thorough enjoying our In-toto kitchen!”

“I had my worktops fitted yeaterday and I’m over the moon with them. When I was looking for worktops, Mo was generous with his time and expertise in his showroom in Watford, and advised me not only only the worktops themselves but gave me advice about my kitchen renovation in general, as I’ve put it in myself. He arranged a template appointment for me which was carried out by a very knowledgable and helpful professional, and the fitting team who came two weeks later were equally as impressive. They listened to me, and patiently waited while I frantically made last minute changes to the shape of one of the rows of cabinets (completely my fault) and kindly and carefully accommodated those changes without any issues.
