We worked with Amy who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout and clearly knew her stuff. We originally thought the room was going to be a challenge to install a kitchen in, and we had never been through this process before, but the patience and professionalism shown by the team at Harvey Jones has been excellent throughout. Everything has been so carefully and thoughtfully designed from the quality of the cabinetry to the beautiful paintwork and the end result is stunning. Amy also liaised with our builders directly and did many more site visits than we ever expected - she truly showed she cared. I can't comment on the long term life of the kitchen as it's only just finished but there is a 10 year guarantee so that gives me peace of mind. The workmen were also excellent throughout (old school types who have years of experience) so I'd be surprised if there are any issues. If you're looking for a high quality finish that's built to last, excellent customer service and peace of mind, then you really can't go wrong with Harvey Jones. A note on prices, they are not the lower end but nor are they anywhere near the highest. We also took advantage of a sale discount and a 12 month no payment plan at 0% interest, so the options are there. We did speak to other companies but their service was terrible hence why we looked elsewhere, and I'm glad we did!”

“The hotel is in a quiet area with a mall with many stores. The rooms were very clean, the double bed/ the mattres is very comfy, not too soft or too hard. The bath is clean and beautiful. Also the apartment has a kitchen with all you need. The area is quiet. Also the rooms have conditioned air that work both for cold and warm. The breakfast was very good.”

“Had a great experience at Highams Park Magnet Kitchens. We will certainly be placing an order for a lovely kitchen. A special mention to Michelle, who was so patient with us, showing us around the showroom and explaining all the options - very knowledgeable.  It is a good sized showroom, allowing us to see how they really look, rather than just in a brochure.  And we must mention Daniel and Michael, as they both had involvement in the design of our kitchen. Great teamwork. We hadn't considered laying it out as they did, so grateful for their experience. I know it sounds silly, but we came here rather than the other magnets in the area as they have a car park with plenty of spaces. Makes a big difference.”

We talked to many kitchen providers, but it appeared that Wren is a big company and would provide (as they did) support when needed, especially for replacement parts (always remember to use the app!). The units/products are fairly priced for this quality. Having Jiyan as our designer was a game-changer, as we changed the design a few times, but Jiyan was very creative and experienced. Together, we delivered what you can see in the images. We cannot recommend him enough! Thanks for everything!”

“We have been using DSL for nearly 10 years and are the only place we go for our kitchens and wardrobes. We develop high end flats in SW London and the service we receive from start to finish is top notch. The designer integrates seamlessly with our site team to co-ordinate drawings and surveys. We're always kept up to date with delivery and install dates, the install team are quick and efficient and work with us if there are any unforeseen issues on site. The estate agents use our flats as the benchmark to show other developers what they should be doing to be competitive, and the kitchen is key to that. The quality of the kitchens is so good, I have one in my house!”
