“I started new at this practice 3 months ago and I found the practice to be very professional and availability of appointments was good. Dr Rita and her dental nurse Nadia were very warm and welcoming. Dr Rita was very focused on prevention she took X-rays to check for cavities (thankfully none) and she took time to give me lots of dental hygiene top tips and showed me how to use the interdental tools to follow to get my gum issue under control and ensured I had the right product recommendations and where to buy them. She has been a game changer to my dental routine and dental health.”

“Absolutely incredible service! I’ve just had ACL surgery here and was quite apprehensive before as this was my first operation, however each and everyone of the staff members from the physios to the nurses, the surgeon, anesthesiologist, reception, overnight staff etc were all amazing. The food was great, the call button service was instant, and the nurses always looked genuinely happy and willing to care for my every need. Even after leaving the care continues from extensive and tailored information on how to recover in the most optimal way. I’d highly recommend this establishment.”

“I have just completed a treatment with Dr Mina to have front crowns replaced and other work to improve my smile! I am always very impressed with the level of professionalism and care that is shown by the practice. Dr Mina spent extra time ensuring that the end result would be the best it could be, consulting with me all the way through, co-ordinating with the lab and even arranging me to visit personally for the best colour match up. She followed up promptly with any minor concerns and her approach is always one of kindness and care combined with real attention to detail. A special thanks to the reception team for always being so friendly and polite.”

“Just wanted to give a big shout out for Khalil (my dentist at Brookwood Dental Services). I have been going to the practice for a number of years now and have always had exemplary service from Khalil and his team. I am always very worked up prior to attending my appointment but Khalil always goes out of his way to help me calm down and explains the process, ensuring I receive adequate pain relief. At my last visit in May, he suggested a new form of pain relief that is administered to one tooth only, rather than all the teeth in the surrounding area. I have to say, I was slightly concerned that it may not work but it did and wow, what a difference!! There were a few peculiar noises but no pain on administration. I could speak normally and no dribbling, such a wonderful experience. Whilst the process was ongoing I felt the most relaxed I had ever been whilst sat in “that chair”. Once the treatment was complete, I left the practice raving about the single tooth anaesthesia and proceeded to tell all my friends and family about the best dental appointment I’d ever had. “Following a phone call to Richard a week or 2 a go.. i sent my Tissot T-Touch back to Tissot to change the battery, and got an email from Tissot wanting over £350 as they cant just change the battery without a full service.???. No Ta.. send it back to me with out any work or charges made - robbing bleeders.. Well it went to Boormans this morning for a try to save the day, and with a wave of the masters magic wand with in 5 minutes a new battery installed and all in working order. “I used this company when I moved to my new house. The property had pets and the toilets and kitchen were in a very poor state. The oven had layers of burned fat that could date to the medieval times and the shower was in such a state that I would be embarrassed to describe in this post. Adam and his crew came to help! Friendly, flexible and highly professional these boys cracked on the job and worked their magic on the oven, toilets and carpets. In a day, they managed to make the place look like a new build. The most impressive part is I didn't gave Adam to much notice. The green light to move was given to me only four dates in advance and we didn't realize of the problem until we actually opened the door (We saw the property 6 months before when we did the offer but it got bit messy since then). However, Adam and his team were ready with all the equipment and knowledge to make the move a success. Thanks you guys!”
