Trainers and assistants are always on hand to discuss any questions you might have. Quickly form friendships with other students and gain confidence through regular sparring. Maiwand also teaches the use of various weapons such as nunchucks, broadswords and staffs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build their fitness, discipline and self confidence through martial arts.”

“Have been receiving treatment from Elodie since Oct last year, a very knowledgeable Osteopath explains everything even if I don't understand the medical terms. My previous 2 treatment practice's werent very helpful in the long term so I switched to Pureform. So far so good after 2 referal's later things seem to be slowly improving a great clinic with lots of other service's on offer.”

“I don’t really know what all the bad reviews are about. I’ve never had an issue with this surgery since 2020. Every time I have needed an appointment, they have given me one for the same week, even the same day. The doctor is nice and helpful, addresses all concerns. I had blood tests today by the nurse and she was very kind and understanding, she reassured me and distracted me as I am not good with blood. Reception staff are nice and helpful as-well. Also anytime I have needed a prescription, it has been sent over to my nominated pharmacy within 24 hours. No complaints from me.”

“Had my first consultation today and I was a bit nervous because of some negative review I read. I'll admit I have not seen a dentist in the past 10 years and unfortunately neglected my oral hygiene, however the doctor was straight with me and told me that by taking action now I can save my teeth and gums. I went there convinced that NHS free treatment would cover everything but the doctor told me what is actually covered and what not and ask me to chose. Not too much talk but I enjoyed the overall experience and will continue treatment with this dentist.”
