“July 2025 I bought an Italian suit to go to my son’s wedding. The suit itself was beautiful. The customer service at this store was outstanding, from initial selection to fitting, adjustment and sartorial tips. They call Hackett’s market segment ‘accessible luxury’. Expensive but definitely worth it for a special occasion - makes you feel great.”

“I got my wedding dress from Bidaai last year and I was so, so please with the outcome! The studio had all their dresses displayed on mannequins which was so useful as I could see what the dresses looked like worn. When I saw my dress I knew it was the one but I had to make a lot of changes to make it perfect.. this completely changed the whole outfit so there was quite a lot, but the sister at the studio looked after me so well and made sure no decisions were made until I was completely satisfied. She kept me updated with pictures and videos while the dress was being made from start to finish which I know was a lot of effort from her end. I knew this is was a bit risk but I can honestly say I had the perfect wedding dress that was personalised exactly to how I wanted it! It’s been 4 months now and I still look back to my pictures and admire the lehenga and the efforts that went behind it. Thank you so much to the ladies at Bidaai, you were amazing!”

Nick and the team did an amazing job in helping to shape the design and managed the ordering / payment process via their very intuitive website. All t-shirts were individually wrapped and hand delivered. The quality and service was exceptional. I would highly recommend Sheen Sports.”

I was on a tight budget and torn between two options she picked for me, she was very reassuring and gave me time to think about it which I really appreciated. “Had such a good experience today in Uniqlo! I went to buy some jeans and as I’m very petite they were too long but I was informed that they could tailor them for free! The staff were so nice, one of them helped me with the process and one of them complemented my tattoo which I thought was really sweet. Very big thank you to the staff :)”

She was so nice and polite throughout my visit, making me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable while I browsed. Her friendly attitude and helpful advice really stood out, and she was definitely one of the reasons I felt confident enough to go ahead and purchase a dress that I absolutely love. The store itself is quite small, but I was pleasantly surprised by how many options were available especially considering there's a really good sale on right now. The owner Maani actually helped me by showing we round the shop, bringing different outfits to the changing room and guiding me through what I was anxious about - knowing what outfit to wear. I was so delighted with the service and would highly recommend this shop if you are a little unsure and want a variety of options. I was surprised at some customers behaviour whilst there. Very demanding and rude to the staff members! Overall a wonderful experience and I will recommend friends to come here if in need of some guidance and a beautiful reasonably priced outfit”
