“We had purchased 3x HAG Capisco 8106 chairs (2 for the study and 1 for office) from Back in Action and had them shipped to Hong Kong. My husband and I spend material time gaming when we're not working so chair comfort is a priority. We were looking to replace the HM-Setu chairs with the Capisco since my husband felt the Setu was cutting off the circulation in his leg. With the exchange rate at the time of purchase, the price of 3 Capiscos + shipping were the same as buying 2 in Hong Kong (and the Hong Kong shop didn't allow us to place an order with our color/fabric specs which was pretty pointless). Kuvesh was so kind to ensure all our specifications were met and looked after the logistics so that the chairs arrived promptly and seamlessly delivered to HK once manufactured. So if you're from abroad and there's a price differential, I would definitely encourage you to enquire if Back in Action can ship to you, especially the price differential is in your favour. I would also advise you to look directly at kvadrat's website for details on fabric choice - the chair is not cheap so you need to love every part of it! Attaching photo of how the pair looks in our study. For reference, we chose the Razzle Dazzle fabric in 0236. Snorlex not included with the chair of course :)”

Highlights for me were the foie gras creme brulee starter...I love foie gras but never tasted anything like that before. “I thought I’d share my thoughts following my third (and longest) stay at Latitude. I got to know about the apartment block through friends who recognise that I needed a longer-term solution for staying in London for my work. My main home is in Spain. However I’m frequently in London so I decided that I would take a longer term lease. The apartment is perfect for me, from its positioning, (close enough to the station and town), to its general physical appointment. It’s in beautiful condition and if ever there have been tiny inevitable niggles the apartments management have pretty much fixed them there and then on the day that help was required. I find everybody associated with the building to be really pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend this place any higher.”

All the trimmings were superb too, very full of flavour. We also got cauliflower cheese as a side. Will be coming back and bringing friends and family too. He went above and beyond during my kitchen project and even offered to help when I had some problems with the bathroom plumbing. The flat is old and there were some tricky issues but Johnny dealt with any problems professionally and efficiently. Johnny is also a lovely guy and it was a joy spending time with him during the refurb. I am very happy with the new kitchen and highly recommend Johnny to all.”

“WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM START to FINISH ....... in my opinion forget the other one in Reigate, they turn the lights off when you are viewing, saying we are closing in 10 mins !!! .....Anyway I was going to buy a Miele but had such a dreadful experiance from customer services @ Miele ....waiting ages and then speaking to Greece !!!! ???? - Remembering our Family had bought Miele products for nearly 70 years, but not anymore - MADNESS at MIELE ! So I gave up on Miele and spoke to Clint and Richard at KEYMEX and bought a Washer/Dryer 10.5kg and am enjoying this machine which is very quite in operation. The service at Keymex is always second to none, It maybe not as Glitzy as the other company in Reigate, BUT ...... KEYMEX OFFER THE BEST SERVICE ...BEFORE AND AFTER. In fact the Man [Ben] who installed my Bosch sold me a Washing machine 23 years ago at Keymex !! They will give you a good price, backed up by excellent service. Thank you all concerned - Mr Ellis - Reigate I'll be back for more .......”
