“We had a lovely weekend away at this beautiful hotel with our extended family. Fiona could not do enough for us and offered us a different room when the cabin was a little tight for us with two small children. The children loved it so much so we stayed in the cabin and it was so cute, with clever storage and a real unique rustic experience. I imagine the best experience in one of the cabins would be in the summer as there was a semi private seating area to enjoy a tipple on a summers evening. There was a large shower and everything is done to a high finish. There was also some lovely gifts left for us on arrival. My Grandad's room in the hotel was lovely with a big bathroom including a stand alone bath which he loved. On our second night my Grandad had trouble with the TV and a member of staff went up to his room immediately to sort it out. The food in the restaurant was of high quality and very yummy. We will definitely be returning when we next come to the New Forest, would recommend for couples and families. Thank you Spot in the Woods!”

A very luxurious countryside stay with top facilities and high quality, seasonal food and drink..Loved the cosy fires throughout the hotel and it was a nice touch that you could hire a DVD for the room..a blast from the past! “Nice local pub to us and laid back atmosphere. Outside chairs are a bit close to each other so the people behind us kept colliding with us which was a bit annoying but other than that, worth a visit. Nice staff too”

“I went to the Absolutely Dragulous Bottomless Brunch and had such an amazing time! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making sure we had plenty of water and drinks served regularly. Definitely worth it! Fred was particularly amazing, he stayed positive throughout the day!!”

“Had a sunday roast here....what a great roast dinner it was....a trio of meats cooked too perfection. My wife and daughter had had the roast chicken and none of us finished there was so much. Great staff very attentive. If you want great food at a great price go here!”

“We had a very positive experience booking our holiday through New Forest Cottages. I emailed twice to ask questions and both times Dani got back to me very promptly with the info needed. The cottage was just as described and we had a wonderful stay in Beaulieu.”

“Nice modern clean rooms with all the appliances, (washing machine and dryer). The maintenance team are excellent with most issues being resolved quickly and are communicative if problems do take longer. Double bed is great and the price is excellent. I am mildly envious that other flats have larger tv's than ours but nonetheless a TV in the kitchen is a win.”
