“I get my gel nails done here when I’m staying locally at my dad’s. They always take me as a walk in and do an amazing job at very reasonable prices. On my last visit my nails were in terrible condition as I’d not had any gel on them for two weeks and they’d broken really far down my nail bed. The technician did an AMAZING job shaping them and creating a beautiful French gel manicure despite this state they were in - and not only that, it has lasted FOUR weeks without a single chip. I recommend this place 100%.”

“What a great little find! Well, the pub isn’t little by any stretch but very nicely decorated, with impeccable staff and food. All plates were generous in size, kids meal also quite bit with loads of chunky chips! Great meeting point with lovely views of the lakes.”

“Great little place in the heart of Uxbridge. Great menu and great vibe. Really enjoyed my time here and was pleased with the food service and quality. I ordered a mix of tapas food they had added newly on their menu. Everything was very delicious. Couldn’t fault it. My brother and sister and niece all enjoyed their food too. “We enjoyed our first meal here. - we had prawn Murta, prawn biriyani, popadoms, rice and aloo gobi and a couple of soft drinks. Bill for both of us was £50 which we felt was very fair. We gave a tip as it wasn’t included in the bill. Service was excellent. Definitely will go again.”

“I really like this restaurant on the high street. The service is great and the decor and atmosphere is nice too. Never rushed to leave after finishing dinner, rather get left until we ask for the bill. It’s great for kids too as they have a nice mix of dishes which are big enough for my 13 and 10 year old girls. Food is nice a flavoursome. The staff here are all really nice and will give us good advice on the types of dishes we might like. I am a bit adventurous with my food and my family rather like the same. I always try different things and so far everything has been amazing and causes me to keep coming back. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting some tasty food. It’s restaurants like this that we need to remain on our high streets. Keep up the great work and we look forward to coming back soon.”

“Hands down the best Chinese around. We have been here several time and have ordered many takeaways. Always friendly and welcoming, food is fresh, hot and always tasty. Crispy duck one of our favourites, pan fried noodles are always ordered. Chilli beef one of my go to dishes, prawns with ginger are delicious, all of the starters are equally delicious. I fairly certain we have tried at least one of each menu item over the years.”

“I've been coming to Jey's barber shop for the better part of 15 years, and they are always good at what they do. The staff change fairly regularly, but a decent haircut at a decent price is what I'm after, and what I get here. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare - there are two spaces out the back, but these are often full, or you get blocked in by the car mechanics garage that is out there too. There is often a queue here - it's a popular barbers shop, and you can see why. No messing around, no poncing around - just a regular haircut.”

“Just got a professional and very warm welcome when getting my skin fade haircut and beard done by the very experienced barber called Sid. His attention to detail and reassuring methods of cutting hair is exactly what I look for in a barber. The shop is clean and the vibe with the music and the communication is a great place to be. “After checking so many online mattresses and reading opinion I decide to check in shop. Prince was looking after us. We used many options. Check the machine for matching mattress and finally i choose one. Delivery was great. Unfortunately we had to change date for delivery and was no problem to do that. I just love my mattress. In the evening I am just looking reason to go earlier to bed, eg reading book.”

“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. “An ideal campsite if you want to visit London without an expensive hotel stay. A short Uber ride into West Drayton where you can get a train or underground straight into the city. If London isn’t your bag then you can walk into Dunham (downhill but uphill on the way back) where the is a selection of eateries and shops. Closer to the site is a small airfield where there is the Biggles restaurant as well as a cafe.”

“Lively place with plenty of seats; outdoor tables are nice too. They have fun activities such as trivia night. The food is so-so but cheap. They have daily deals, drink deals, and so forth. We came for quiz night. The service is great. They ran out of an ale I ordered so they suggested a good alternative and even gave me a sample to try, a sample that could easily be 1/3 of a pint. Staff checked up on us multiple times, which is surprising given how busy they were.”

“There was a live artist performing and we had a meal and music deal. The meal was precooked from the varied menu which aided greatly the speed of service. But there was signs of the food having sat about, it was all freshly cooked and tasty. It was a very good evening with friendly people around to chat to and a Happy atmosphere. The singer was very good too. And all at a remarkable price and value for money.”

“Had my first post 'lock down' haircut today from a young gentleman called Ryan, he did a fantastic cut and now has a new regular for as long as he's working there. The lady that owns the salon was there as well, made both my daughter and myself feel welcome from our first step inside the door until the moment we left .... will be booking both my wife and daughter in to see her as soon as she has a slot free. Cannot recommend this place enough, they also have a lash room in the building run by a lovely young lady called Donna .... unfortunately due to government restrictions the lash facilityisn't open yet, but i advise checking it out as soon as it;s back in operation. Fully deserved 5 star rating.”

“5 star as the owner is a nice guy but customer service from alp the barbers in there is bad don’t acknowledge customers alot of favouritism not all Cusotmer treated the same also speak about women in a bad manner which is not something respectful and they then that for the owner trying his best 5** but a few areas of improvement as mentioned”

“We bought a Nabru sofa back in 2013 and were impressed then, and recently decided we wanted to get another. I was a bit concerned when I saw some of the negative reviews on here, wondering if the company had gone downhill since we last bought from them! But I needn't have worried - our new sofa was delivered perfectly on time, two working days after we had ordered it. We paid extra for assembly this time and I'm so glad we did - the delivery guy was very friendly and he expertly assembled the large corner sofa in just 30 minutes!
