“Popped into this place by chance, as the other place initially planned to dine at was closed. Ordered the Charsi Karahi Lamb, with naan bread. Turned out to be the best lamb curry ever tried. Was worth the accidental visit. Will be back again.”

“Super easy to find inside of the London Heathrow Airport. I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I entered the establishment. I looked at the menu prior to arriving so I wouldn’t spend too much time making decisions. I chose the assortment of 8 and had them wrapped in a colored bow of my choice for no extra charge, I also tried the vanilla cake, which was recommended by the employee. It was extremely light, and delicate to taste. It was the perfect snack to eat while on my flight. I will definitely stop inside during my next visit! :-)”

While simultaneously giving out orders and getting abuse from the youths that were moaning. She also changed my meal deal so that i can try a few more things while maintaining the price. “It’s a good cafe to burn the time whilst waiting for your flight.Their strawberry & vanilla iced matcha latte was to die for, I’m hoping that it’s a regular drink there and not just a promotional drink because I can’t imagine not having it whenever I’m at Caffè Nero now, how to be my favourite drink so far.And also make sure you have the Caffè Nero’s Loyalty card as well to get some good deals on your purchase.”

Had the Gingerbread Latte with a Salted Caramel Brownie while my friend had a Terry Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate and a slice of their Chocolate & Caramel Nutcracker Cake. The drinks were absolutely delicious and the treats were tasty. Given the opportunity, I will definitely return.”

“Mr Khan cooked today the most wonderful lamb tandoori chops superb. Followed by an excellent biriani with chicken lamb and prawns topped with an omelette and a vegetable curry sauce. “I had an incredible experience at NEXT Hounslow (Treaty Shopping Centre) that I’ll never forget. On August 3rd, 2025, the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance I’d been searching for over 20 years. It had been discontinued, but the amazing team didn’t stop there — they personally called around other stores across the UK to track it down. Even as the store was closing, the manager stayed behind to assist me patiently until they successfully located it. They even secured five gift sets for me before the stock was sent back to head office. Their kindness meant so much — it turned my birthday week into something truly special. As someone with ADHD, I really appreciate the patience, effort, and understanding they showed throughout the process. Their dedication and empathy went far beyond what I expected. “Warm and helpful staff and Manager William was very understanding, patience and cheerful in his work. My friend claimed his free birthday cake from the Costa in Premier Inn terminal 4 a few times yet the staff kept saying they couldn't do it due to different reasons. By the time we reached Heathrow Airport terminal 2, the free gift voucher already expired but the manager William tried his very best to give my friend 50% discount for the cake and help my friend to claim a free drink . It's really not so much about the free food and free drink but the birthday experiences and surprises from the birthday gift from Costa and their staff matter to us more. Thanks again Costa for all the delicious toasties and coffee. I will definitely visit Costa again when l come to UK.”

“This is THE Harrods of London fame with a condensed selection of the big department store. I found Montblanc ® items that are more than just great pens. I also found a Ralph Lauren ® section , Canada Goose Artic wear even in summertime August. Harrods is not complete without pink Marc de champagne truffles, sweets collections, marmalades, jams, honeys, and Christmas items. This store also offers namesake china sets. What I found most exciting was the pink Harrods bear that is now property of my grand daughter. Don't worry if something you buy has wrinkles, they have a streamer right here in the store. And you can take anything home in a Harrods bag. I selected the gold one. Accessible entry and accessible venue. Located just off Security entrance in terminal 5 one level Above flight departure gates Accessible restrooms in central airport area”
