From their reception staff who always make you feel welcome and offer great help and advice where they can to their amazing vets. One of my dogs who is very nervous and reactive was unwell recently and their head vet Adele was so amazing with her, I couldn’t believe it. It’s so nice to have a practice who genuinely care about the welfare of your pet and understand that they’re family. I wouldn’t want my pets to go anywhere else. “I went into my local holland and Barrett store yesterday around closing time and was in quite a rush because working in the center as well I am aware that when it’s time to close, the staff have plenty of other things they had to do before leaving (as did myself). I was a little panicky and uncertain of the exact product/quantity I needed and was assisted by an amazing lady named Oshin! Her service was excellent — not only was she patient with my request and questions but she also gave extensive info on what I asked for and showed me alternatives too. I decided to treat myself to a coconut water beverage, and to my pleasant surprise, it turned out to be incredibly refreshing and sweet. Sharing a sip with my sister, I witnessed her eyes widen in astonishment at the sheer deliciousness of it. In order to cleanse my palate, I indulged in some grapes. Although I had a strong craving for pizza, unfortunately, it was not yet prepared. Nevertheless, I value the consumption of wholesome food as it contributes to my overall health and well-being.”
