The staff in here are amazing and they were the ones who recommended some of the best snacks to eat especially the gusto puffs (they are really addictive). Price wise; affordable for border London and a quick pit stop to buy whatever you need. The owner and the workers deserve a high praise for this supermarket, keep up the good work ❤️”

“I came in with left over red hair that had been stripped by another salon giving me half orange and half pink hair. Most of it had frazzled and I was wanting to leave with healthy by blond hair without losing loads of length from it. The results were outstanding, and they listened to everything I could want. My hair looks incredible and after one session with Demi i went to a rose gold colour (no bandage or anything) and healthy looking hair. I was mainly with Demi who did all the highlighting/dying of my hair and then Joanna who cut and helped with the toning. I came in with my 14 week son aswell and the entire time every member of staff made me/him feel welcome and not an inconvenience for being there. (Photos before with the orange/pink and then the after almost being blonde)”

“Was recommended howdens Romford by the carpenter who was going to fit my kitchen. I dealt with Richard primarily and have also been assisted by the staff in the branch. It was an easy process from the initial home visit by Richard then the drawings, any amendments and the subsequent delivery. I liked the fact I could go to the showroom with any issues and they were able to deal with it there and then. Friendly staff, easy to communicate with. Delighted with the finished result, glad Howdens was recommended to me.”

“Found and fixed a leak in my cooling system. Also discovered that my oil level was too high, which along with the coolant leak, had set off an engine warning light and produced two obd2 warning codes, that have now been resolved. Very happy with the great service provided.”

“This is a superstore! You'd get all you want here. Well stocked. This store is continuously improving for best customer service. Recently they acquired double door fridges for perishable food, so all edibles are now displayed in glass's rides. Makes display tidy and of course kept food fresher. There is parking which is free for the first 2 hours if you make purchases of at least £5”

“The staff was exceptional during one of the toughest moments I've had to go through. I can only thank them for being kind, caring and all around great. Edit: I just got home and found a card from them, giving their condolences and a bag of poppy seeds to spread in her memory. It's a small gesture, but it means the world. “Easy for to get to by 62 bus stops nearby and train station staff very helpful had a good continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast the next day cook was so helpful ,gluten free bread and museli was available on. Request So much better than liberty bell never got breakfasts often had to get food from the tesco”
