“We lucked out finding Petpals Chingford! Kerry is fantastic. We went away for two weeks, and I was pretty nervous because I hadn’t left my younger cat for that long before. She’s an anxious little rescue, but Kerry made her and my other cat Daisy feel so safe and comfortable. You could tell they were really well cared for. She kept us updated with regular messages and pictures (she’s got a great eye for those too!). She helped keep the place clean and took the rubbish out before we got back. Petpals is also super reasonable price-wise and is great value for money. I’d 100% recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks, Kerry, for giving us total peace of mind while we were away.”

“I visited yesterday early afternoon and had a bit of a medical crisis and I passed out and hit my head in the first isle on the fridge… initially a fellow costumer heard it and screamed for security as I was still out. I came through quite quick which at that point the lady had already had an elderly man come over as well in which they both asked me if I needed anything and I said anything with High sugar like a coke in which the older gentleman went and got for me. Staff from the store and Asian man (sorry didn’t catch his name) came over and checked on me multiple times in which after like the fourth time he asked me if I would like to go to there office and sit on one of the chairs as I was still on the floor. They looked after me well and didn’t make the situation awkward at all. Even after I felt better and went to continue my shopping a lady that works there even offered to hold my basket for me in which I politely declined cause they had already done enough. I wish I knew how to contact Tesco head office to inform them of the amazing service and way this team treated me yesterday. Sorry I didn’t say it at the moment as I was still a bit dizzy/confused but thank you all for your help.”

“Cannot fault the service we received last night. Sam, the driver, was prompt, polite, friendly and drove my parents safely home and made sure they got in the door before driving off. Uber were charging £40+ for the 10 minute journey whereas this was £10 after midnight (due to weather conditions). Aero will definitely be my first choice from now on. My parents are particularly grateful and felt safe. Thank you.”

“Following the closure of tilbury to gravesend ferry, we had to find an alternative route to transfer our cyclists on a CyCool London to Paris tour. Tilbury taxis were so helpful and provided 3 x 8 seater vehicles with lovely drivers. Communication was really good, the drivers arrived on time and were very personable and patient whilst we loaded the bike trailer before taking them to gravesend. Fantastic service at a competitive price. Will use on every cycling holiday now. Thank you so much.”

“I shop here semi frequently, most recently a few days ago. I know the store pretty well and not much surprises me but I met the most helpful staff member, Valentino was outstanding! He went above and beyond, assisting me at self checkout and showing tremendous patience even when I left my items to go get something else that I'd forgotten to add. Came up with a brilliant solution to a trolley problem I was having and overall took great care of me as a customer. Tesco should be proud to have Valentino he's a real asset to this organisation whether it's recognised or not.”

“A general store with a cash machine inside. Good place to buy fresh vegetables, cool drinks, wine etc. A handy shop close to Bushey station for quick purchases. It also provides phone recharge cards, money transfer service.”

“The staff are extremely friendly and I visited this store at around 8:09 on the 27th March and the lady behind the counter greeted me upon my entrance and was extremely helpful when I was asking about an Easter egg. “Delicious wholesome food, clean nice packaging and generous portions. Bit pricey but worth it. We ordered Japanese stir fried udon noodles pork (L), Japanese crispy dumpling (Gyoza) standard chicken & vegetable (7), Crispy Szechuan Aromatic Duck with Extra Pancakes (6) and extra spring onions & cucumbers. Food was perfect the noodles were not swimming in grease nice and dry. Dumplings were very crispy but soft at the same time. Crispy duck was also very delicious. The service was really quick and efficient. Will order again !!!”
