“I gave them a call (knowing covid may cause some different opening hours) and the gentleman that picked up the phone was very helpful in letting me know if they have what I need and when they will close today. (1pm) They had everything I needed and gave me lots of advice on what I need to do the project I have planned. I was then served by Joan at the till who was also super helpful and friendly. She helped me with a voucher I had that I was having some difficulties with but she resolved everything smoothly and effectively!
