“We booked our Hajj travel based on recommendations from family who had used Al-Hijaz 2 years previous and I have to say we have not been left disappointed! From beginning to the end everything went smoothly. The communication throughout the booking process and all the way through to the end of our journey was faultless and ensured that all the pilgrims were kept uptodate with what the itinerary was. The 5 days of Hajj in particular was a spiritual experience unlike anything we could ever expect. “We had a great holiday organised by Shahbaz of Labbaik Agency. He was highly professional and always there to help whatever the situation. His can do attitude was truly outstanding. Shahbaz organised our visas with high efficiency and was transparent about hotel and breakfast. In Madina, we stayed at Al Shaza Hotel where everyone was exceptional, particularly Yeasin Arafat (supervisor), Abu Salman and Saiful Islam. The Mecca Towers Hotel was very close to Haram. Overall, I really recommend this agency.”

“This is the third time I've been to the Harry Potter tour as its just so good, ove taken my daughter, friends and famiky back there. I dont think the tickets arw that expensive for whatbyou get and yes the shop os ridiculously over priced but yoi dont nees to buy anything and quite frankly if You do you will be spending half an hour of your day in the line waiting to pay so I'd rather buy something anywhere else or these days everywhere else. “We enjoyed the Pimlico Flat for 10+ days. It is a very comfortable 2 BR & 2 Bathroom flat, with a cozy sitting room that has a gas fireplace that came in handy on a few blustery days. The kitchen is well equipped except you need to bring your own coffee maker. There was a small coffee press with no base, so inoperable. The flat is down a flight a stairs so can be challenging for older travelers. I would definitely recommend this flat for an extended stay in London. It is located in between the Victoria and Pimlico tube stops and the 24 Bus stop is very close and takes you to major museum stops.”

“As the hotel is connected directly to terminal 5 . It makes it easy to do the night before check in, buy any last minute essentials landside, or even have a meal or drink. The room was quiet and comfortable. I had checked in on line so a very quick wait upon arrival for our key, and we were relaxing in our room. Beds comfortable, bathroom a good size. We didn't book breakfast as our flight was at 8am and we didn't want to rush. We grabbed a quick coffee and croissant at the gate, before boarding . Service is quiet and understated, but always consistent. For ease and convenience we would always recommend a stay here.”

“We LOVED using these boats in London. This was our preferred mode of transportation. The lines moved pretty quickly, it just depends on how early you make it there. And how late in the day it is (sometimes they would be behind schedule and have to leave early) The only negative was that the experience varied every time. Sometimes there would be a tour, and sometimes not. Overall would recommend, though. A great way to see the city.”

“I have been on various trips with Enfieldian and I have enjoyed everyone of them. It's a local firm with local pick up points. The Ladies in the Office are very helpful and I have never ever encountered a problem that they can't sort out. With regards to Drivers I have never encountered a problem. I want to feel safe, and if I have had a problem I speak directly to them. When you have a comfort break, get off the coach and go to the Loo! Don't sit there and then want to go as soon as we move off. Or try to go when the coach has stopped. Loads of people have Disabilities and all the Drivers are very considerate. I like the diversity of everyone on the coaches. It's great to see so many of the older generation going out for the day, or on short breaks. If your travelling on your own, everyone is very friendly. For me this company is a great local asset. If you want all mod cons etc and changeovers etc go with a multi national company. This company is for local people and Iocal departures points. It's safe and easy for people to get home. I have visited lots of unusual places and enjoyed them all. Great days out! Some people just like to moan! Not everything always goes to plan, but that's the fun of it. Roadworks etc and accidents are outside of the Drivers control. So if you want a day out, let the coach take the strain. The short breaks are good value for money. I have met lots of very nice people on these trips. Life is what you make it! We have had good times. So like everything in life, things can be improved and I think that any problems encountered Enfieldian take this on board. We need to support our local services, otherwise we can end up losing them. So 5* from me.”

“Went on a very merry Christmas lunch cruise, it was organised through a local coach company but there were plenty of other people there to,. We were given a complimentary glass of bubbley on arrival then took our seat for the 3 hour cruise down the Thames while they served our 3 course meal, the food was very nice and we had a singer who sang Christmas and other well known songs and crackers on the table made a great fun day out.”
