“It a big park, i have visited a few times, environment is nice, there are few sitting places available in the park. Many kids enjoying cycling in the park, though there is a kids playground inside the park. The park is accessible, have few sitting chairs but no public toilets.”

“Brilliant service! I signed up today with my mum and we were thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention throughout our visit. Zack was amazing — he gave us a brilliant tour without being pushy. He came across as very genuine and authentic while giving us all the information needed. We also toured another club which was a higher tier but the vibe here and the overall service stood out far more. Thank you!”

“Took a chance which was well founded. Took a small single room for Saturday night. Had every thing you could want. 2 pillows, fan, bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Bathroom had bath and hand shower. Water hot and everything worked. All white decor, clean and tidy. Quiet room at the back of the hotel. Dinning room/bar is plain but breakfast good overlooking the street and service attentive. Loads of car parking. Very pleased.”

“Just like any other Travelodge. This one is a short walk from Romford Underground. If you want to venture out for food and drink it's situated near quite a few pubs and restaurants, so spoilt for choice . The staff were so friendly. Will definitely stop again”

“Was looking for separate undercounter fridge and freezer units. Arrived as they were just starting to pack up (4.30 approximately). Managed to find two units I was happy with for a reasonable price. They were able to deliver the same day. New units plugged in by 6.30. After a few days, I noticed the fridge wasn't as cold as I expected. Left it a few days longer adjusting the temperature in case it was my fault for not using it correctly. Phoned the shop, explained the issue. I expected to be told it needed re-gassing or maybe new thermostat. They wasn't able to provide an engineer to look at it but instead came the next day and replaced the fridge completely. Very fair prices and very good customer service. Would recommend”

“I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”
